ОтветитьI like these home workout videos but I've noticed that my legs got bulkier and that was not what I wanted. I mostly did the exercises to lose some weight and get slimmer but I haven't lost any weight and I got slightly bulkier instead (been doing these exercises and other of your videos for 4 weeks - 5 times a week).

ОтветитьMy weight is varying from 143 pounds to 146 pounds. I am 5'3".
I am going to do this for a month and couple days. Start : July 19
Day 1: Felt so tired and sore. Sweating like hell.
Day 2: It was not as bad as it was the first day. I am shaking less. I think I am gaining strength!!
Day 3: It felt like the longest 30 minutes of my life. I felt weak from the previous days.
Day 4: Almost didn't do it bc I was busy. I did it at night and at that time, im usually more productive. It went fast and I even ended up not needing longer breaks than it gives in the vid!!
Day 5: Just started my period... (I still did it though). I felt so sick.
Day 6: Felt good. Took longer then it should have.
Day 7: Easy. Started to add cardio from the treadmill.
Day 8: Got everything done faster. I am feeling good!
Day 9:
My weight is 65kg and height is 5'4"
My goal is 52 kg.
Day 1:Idk man. I'm sweating so much.
Day 2:After day 1 my back and legs were hurting. But I didn’t give up and completed the workout now. It's refreshing and I think my body is now cooperating as I don’t feel pain now.
Day 3:❌ my legs were hurting so much.
Day 4: my health was much better but I skipped workout.
Day 5: I was busy.
Day 6: I completed the workout. My weight was the same but I'm feeling lighter and confident.
Day 7:✔️much easier. I sometimes skip the rest times.
Day 8:
