Nice view of the mountains during this flight. If you fly in or out of Vancouver BC Canada it will be similar views of mountains toward North and you will have view of the ocean to the West . If you have not done yet; you will enjoy it a lot.

Captain possibly said about the etp, equal time point, once you reach it, you go further to the destination no matter what. And routes over mountains must respect a certain path that keep the plane two thousand feet above the highest peak around in case of one engine fail. Safety it is reallly serious subject. That company looks very serious about it.
