Ответить@Rickymalheiros Oh that's a good one. Me being a gamer and overclocker, I don't really meddle with portable devices. But yes accidents can happen, and it's good to know that your covered. As for me, I don't have to worry about the things you have listed and my environment is controlled to minimize any accidents and I don't carry my tower around, so I don't have to worry about dropping it. :D
ОтветитьHobo Satchel.
ОтветитьI hate their prices, lack of game compatibility, and overclocking limits. Yes. Boot Camp is only good for like MS office or what have you, not for games. Macs are good for photo/audio/video editing. Anything else - not really.
ОтветитьAnd very few people have Macs for the listed gripes I have.
ОтветитьAND that you can not modify, upgrade, customize a Mac. Show me a Mac that is running 2,3, or 4 way SLi or Crossfire.
ОтветитьOr multiple monitor display.
ОтветитьNeedz moar crazy russian!
ОтветитьLol! Or even better! Unix! Which MacOSX is built on. Just like Linux.
ОтветитьI don't see how slim would help with anything. usually it's the cable that takes most of the space. maybe if the cable scrolls up inside it like vacuum cleaners, then it would be very space saving. otherwise, don't think it saves much space just for being slim
ОтветитьI think you mean bindle, Linus. =p
Ответить@Rickymalheiros Please do yourself a favor and don't lecture me about Sun Tzu's Art of War in an attempt to make yourself looks like a smarty pants ok? Thanks. I said *Show* me a Mac with SLi/Crossfire and multiple monitors. I never said that there was not any. I said show me, because I have not *seen* any. As far as the rest of my postings concerning Macs, they are accurate. Thank you, have a nice night.
ОтветитьLastly, Mac/Apple is not my enemy, I just dislike most of what they do and any OEM for that matter. Painting them as an enemy is a little drastic. If they were cheaper and made more sense, I would get one. But they don't. Like I read someone said is that "Mac is not a computer, it's an attitude" and they will defend it no matter what. All I'm trying to say is that Mac has some issues and that's why I don't own one.
Ответить3:14 - 3:30 confused Linus :D
ОтветитьI didn't need you to tell me to not forget about subscribing to you. The first video I saw of you was an instant "subscribe"!
Ответить3:54, he doesn't get it.
Ответитьalways the best reviews wish you were in usa cali
Ответитьeurope = meters us = miles canada = linus
Ответить@icelady1968 cant even spell metres right haha america...
ОтветитьFor storage you wrap the cables around the adapter and use the clip to secure them.
Ответить@SprintingJesus The metre (or meter), symbol m, is the base unit of length in the International System of Units (SI).
Ответить@icelady1968 um why are you comparing miles with meters?
Ответитьlol! Linus was really cute with his whole apple thing =3
Ответить@Rickymalheiros Never once did I say anything bad or hateful about MacOSX, or Linux. The only thing I said about MacOSX is that Boot Camp can only emulate certain things properly, and that it is based off of Unix, which Linux has it's basis too. These are facts and not insults, and I would hope you would differentiate the two. Finally - Yes learning things is a great gift, but we must go into it like a curious child and not take anything too seriously, or to become offended. Gently speak mind.
Ответить@Rickymalheiros One last thing though. From the very beginning I was only complaining about Mac/Macs as far as their hardware price to performance is concerned and lack of customizable options/tweaking limits involving them and that you are at the mercy of Apple concerning any kind of upgrade/modification to a Mac machine. Since technology advances, so should a computer. In a hardware perspective a Mac computer is only good for so long and upgrades are ridiculous when it comes to Macs.
Ответить@Rickymalheiros But the final point I am trying to make is that my complaints and comments were never involved with operating systems at all and you enter a conversation with me based on the assumption that I had MacOSX envy, when nothing could be further from the truth.
ОтветитьBut isn't that the goal? To come to our own conclusions? I love Linux, it's fantastic and wish that WINE could properly run all games, instead of just a hand full. If it did, I wouldn't be using windows right now, so I am far from a windows fan boy. I honestly put those links up there because they ARE funny. Even though it picks on Linux, it still gives it credit and shows that it is a very important OS and just merely exposes some limitations of MacOSX, which is how things become better.
ОтветитьCooler Master SNBA on the title
ОтветитьIs this Linus in any way related to Linus Torvalds? The inventor of the Linux kernel? Please sign my Ubuntu disc anyway :D
Ответить@icelady1968 LOL
Ответить@PenguinRecordings isn't this guy the inventor of Linux? always thought Linux was invented by a canadian.
Ответитьit comes with a hobo satchel
Ответить@Verliebt nope, hes not, Linus Torvelds is :D this Linus still wins thought
ОтветитьHey Linus, I hope you help me. I'm gonna be out in the middle of nowhere soon for 4 days and I would like to be able to take my hp 110 netbook for both script writing and media transfering So... I'll need a longer battery life than I currently have. Either DIY or comercial are their any solutions you'd recomend ?
ОтветитьDoes not charge Dell laptops. The laptop says battery is not charging but it does power it. Even with the laptop off the battery did not charge. It's Cooler Master's fault, the Dell charger is only 65 watts and the Cooler Master claims 95 watts but apparently it is not putting out the 95 watts Cooler Master claims it does. I have tested this on three Dell laptops and none of them charged, even the slice extended batteries did not charge.
Ответитьthis is thing cost like £50 in the UK. Id expect it to be a laptop at that price
ОтветитьQuestion, generally speaking are these things safe for the laptop battery / laptop itself? Should we be only sticking with the OEM branded chargers when it comes to laptops?
ОтветитьLinus, do another universal notebook power adapter video, please and thank you.
