Great but several things to change - too much talking becomes distracting as does talking too fast. There isn't enough space between affirmations & there are way too many of them. Also the background music should be that background - it at times greatly rises in volume & this is completely disruptive. These are simple rules that any calming video should follow or if violated they will put off many many people. Can't understand why so many "restful or calming" videos literally almost always miss the mark of actually "being calming". Love your voice but just don't overdo it . Any suggestions of videos that stay calming throughout are very welcome. Thanks your videos are helpful it's just they could be a bit better if they kept to the goal of always being focused on being calming.

ОтветитьIf you're feeling burnt out, ashamed, down, confused, afraid....don't worry, it will pass. It might take a long time, like a long dark cloud passing in the sky, but it will pass. Allow it to pass in its own time. You are the sky, not the cloud :) I like using mindfulness, especially from books like 30 Days to Reduce Depression by Harper Daniels for guided meditations also.
