if you dont have phase rush you can substitute cosmic drive over Rylais i suppose. but i suppose it provides more utility because a slow on someone could get a teammate a kill vs you getting movespeed on just a poke if you dont intend to go in.

I was a panth main when I used to play & it always pains me to see people ult on targets rather than a good flash distance behind them. The idea is you force the enemy to walk into the center if they want a chance to escape. Otherwise you land and they die anyways. It's a zoning ult. Before rework ulting "ON" them was a viable option due to old panth ult being glitched out because for some reason he lands 0.5 seconds before his landing animation so you can essentially stun into your ult. Haha, it was very stupid. But now it doesn't work that anymore, so i'm not sure why everytime I see panth gameplay they use his ult dead on and enemies will already be half a turret distance away. Obviously you ult "ON" enemy team during teamfights, but that's a different matter.

I LOVE seeing Cass on Zwag. I'd like to see her take a little airtime from Teemo.
Zwag didn't QUITE outdamage all 9 other players combined, but it was close enough that I broke out a calculator

Bro, I've been playing Cass top for a bit now and she dominates most lanes if you play it right, you should absolutely do it on your main. I took her once for a little trolling against a Teemo and never looked back.
