she dropped him because he break her music player ????
right ???
Maybe, but I always thought that she drops him because she recognises that he's the thin man who captured her.
In any case, I think these theories doesn't work as a direct narrative, but more so if seen as a rolling metaphor.
The children are innocence/vulnerability.
The villains in the first game eat/feed off of that innocence, much as the player will feed off the suffering of the characters.
The people in the city are now directly commenting on the blind devotion to media, where they die to receive their entertainment.
Mono Is The signal, quite literally, as he is what we are watching. The eye monster is us...
Six let's mono go, because the only way to escape the signal and the people dying to consume them, is to let the signal die...
We players tormented her in the first game, then in the second, and if she stays with mono, the signal, then we will watch her forever, tormenting her.
So to escape, she kills mono, the signal. Sad that she had to do it.
There's no way a game like this was created only for narrative fun, - it's drenched in metaphor.
Tericho it progresses to the hunched over state first it’s her stomach growls and then a bit of the growling stomach then is the hunched over state where she’s in immense pain
ОтветитьThe greatest theory that can be true awaits little nightmares 3 To know the truth, I hope your theory is correct, because it would be great 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьHere's a theory.
It's a never ending loop. Mono will always be the thin man and his mission is to take revenge on Six, he really did try to stop her from betraying Mono (his younger self) by kidnapping him.
and at the same time stopping Mono from saving Six. His target ever since the beginning was Six. Period.
What I Just observed throughout the game (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
Remember whenever the thin man takes a kid, their glitching soul will be left behind, these glitches are scattered across all the locations in the game even in the beginning which is the camping location, meaning the thin man have been there.
What if those glitches were Six's? Like the Thin Man did try to stop him many times on many locations on each cycle of the loop then no matter how hard he'll try to stop Six the ending will always be the same where Mono will try to save Six, get betrayed, get old as the Thin Man and the hunt for six will start again.
As you can see in the beginning of the game Mono wakes up with a TV flashing beside him, meaning he came out of it, not realizing he got the power to do it but you can observe that there are lot's of TV's scattered on that area, meaning the loop have been going on for quiet a while now.
I’m so sad that six drops mono in the ending 😭😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьIn the Little Nightmares universe, the signal emitted by the Tower would have the same effect on humans as the resonant wave emitted by the Resonator, a device that appears in a tale by Howard Phillips Lovecraft, entitled "From Beyond".
In short, the signal stimulates the pineal gland, enabling people to connect with an interdimensional reality.
I like the idea that six knew mono couldn't leave the signal tower so she gets powers from the lady to come back and save him
ОтветитьI think she dropped him because she was still controlled by the evil power of the tower if you looked closely you will see her face light purple while she was holding mono, Do you know that the hunter in mono's world is same as the man with long hand in LN1 and he's the same craftsman in VLN and the pretender is the daughter of the teacher and since she died in VLN so we only see the teacher in LN2
ОтветитьQuestion is it possible that the people turn mono into the thin man. If you look back. You see a tall skinny man hanging himself.
ОтветитьMaaaaan.... I don’t think we’ll get a third LN installment. I read somewhere the company is focusing on bigger game titles/releases 😭
ОтветитьThat's actually an awesome idea. But now it it's question of if Six has a vendetta or power struggle against Mono or if she wants to save him. Either way, the story is fun to follow, and it's great how open ended it is so far.
ОтветитьI just want Mono to come back and be free as Mono..
ОтветитьI don’t know if it’s a part of the game or if a bug happens, but if you look closely when six drops mono and walks away mono pops up again. It goes super fast and idk what’s happening, but I see him “glitch” up. 😱
ОтветитьSix grabbing powers from the Maw and coming back to save Mono is an idea is exploring in my Little Nightmares fanfic: Little Nightmares Butterfly Effect
ОтветитьOkay, my last comment I swear lol. Bear with me...Six's biggest fear was accepting the monster she was becoming right? Mono saving her forced her to face that fear. What if Six dropping Mono wasn't to get revenge, but to simply free him from his fear the same way he did her? She forced him to accept the inevitable as a means of overcoming it.
ОтветитьTericho, I also wanna being to your attention two other concepts. First, looking at the footage of LN2's ending in your video versus other channels I've noticed that Mono's movements aren't the same. When Six catches Mono he tries to get her to pull him and even looks over his right shoulder at the bottomless pit before Six drops him. But in your footage, after he tries to get her to pull him up he just stops moving. I know it's a very small detail, but it's questionable and I've seen the ending enough times to notice that Mono's behavior isn't the same.
The second point I wanted to call attention to is the cliff. In VLN and LN2 we have two characters that Six tries to help only for them to end up falling. In VLN the original raincoat girl died when Six tried to help her. What if in LN2, in some twisted way, Six knew that by not helping Mono that it would ensure his survival? I'm also playing off your idea of Six being a hex to those around her. So in retrospect, her doing good leads to bad things happening while her doing bad results in something positive.
i have a much different and better understanding of the game now
