Are you a regular Strava user? How many of these features did you already know about? Let us know 👇
Ответитьladies and non gentlemen start your engines.... uses a ebike to go 400w for 1hr every day fabrice blandin strava user # 28513409
Ответитьcame to learn some new features but only learned the extent of the presenters ingnorance. unless he is just pretending he did not know for the sake of a sponsored video
ОтветитьKUDOSES
ОтветитьStill no spoken turn by turn directions.... what a shame
ОтветитьOccasionally, I'll hit a new personal record (doesn't happen often😅) but it won't record in the official rankings. When this happens, it incredibly frustrating. Does anyone know how to get this to stop. I have bested my old PR on one of my favorite segments about a half dozen times over the last year, but my slower one always remains. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
ОтветитьRa
ОтветитьOne hidden Strava feature you didn’t mention was stealthy doubling the annual fee in some regions
ОтветитьMetro I not see point of but as I always cycle on road without issues
ОтветитьAnother hidden secret is that they leak information and stuff, like they leaked pretty secret military stuff 😂 (I’ve heard)
ОтветитьWhat!!!!!! I can crop on strava!!!! Omg I wish I knew this forever ago.
ОтветитьThat commute button use was a totally new feature, thanks. Makes me wonder why they don't offer an option to default to this tag on for all rides for those who are willing to opt-in and share their ride routes. On a side note, which one of you GCN fans wants to start a go-fund-me page to get a new screen protector for Si before he cuts his fingers?
ОтветитьLet aries from strava know what you think of cheaters
ОтветитьWell, the shaking feature surprised me. 😄
ОтветитьNo "Dark Mode" for Android or IOS app yet sooo.....
ОтветитьCan you pair a power meter to Strava?
Ответитьits too bad our brain-fluid govt does not use an app like this to financially reward cyclists-etc for exercising and staying healthy instead of clogging the medical system with obese people. Instead of spending billions to keep us in fear of colds they could pay far less to keep us healthy and strong....what a concept!
Ответитьconstantly amazed by apps like this that use as little description as possible so you need to wait for a "hidden features" vid to find them. Dialog and script take up so little computing space but they still want to force you to remember to shake your phone then click all athletes to Kudos bomb them...instead of doing the intelligent thing and just putting an easy to see and understand Kudos bomb button on the screen....dev's try to be cool by using tiny icons and two words instead of a description..its like clean signaling...who can put the least helpful stuff on the screen so as to look minimal and smart.
ОтветитьWow!
ОтветитьIs everyone paying the monthly subscription or are you using it free?
ОтветитьThey made is avialable for money - used to be free.
No way I pay for it. Go * strava
How about something on Sharing a ride on FB? There used to be several options, like adding a photo or showing your map or stats-none of this seems available any more? What about combining your Profile photo with your stats for example? Cheers!
ОтветитьI finally understood the commute feature, sort of. I did a research recently and found no clue what was it. I guess, if it's so helpful, Strava should explain it and talk about it.
Ответить257000+ people noticed Si's broken screen
ОтветитьThank you for this!!! <3
ОтветитьFollow me on Strava: Joel “zone 5” Navarro
ОтветитьI’ve stopped using Strava. I found I was getting drawn into just going out to beat my own segments PB’s and KOM’s and it was taking all the joy out of simply going for a ride on your bike. A good tool for athletes maybe or those that only ride to get fit but if you simply want to ride your bike then don’t use it.
ОтветитьNothing special
This video tell about heart rate strava fitur
But this app does not support heart rate Range alert setting like Wahoo app
Hola my GPS often stops working???
ОтветитьI used to record anything that was transport as commute . Was told it's only to and from work. Now I know this, that they use it to plan the infrastructure, I'm reverting back to doing so, and don't care it's other than work. As long as Strava presents a "transport" button...
ОтветитьPlease look up how to say "Kudos" lol
ОтветитьFix that Iphone screen booiii!!!! 📱💥
ОтветитьSubscribed for a few years. But the system got worse and worse instead of better.
Dirt bikes....er...eBikes have defeated the purpose of the leaderboard.
No fly-by.
Finding segments on the app is way dirtier now than it used to be, only way I can find a segment is to go to an old ride of mine and look for it. Trying to find a segment I haven't ridden before? Forget it.
Any of the important data I can get on Garmin Connect.
As a society we are over addicted to social media. I get it, I use it a little too, but we in general over use it. I'm trying to cut back.
Only thing I am using it for right now is tracking mileage on my equipment. I can do that on Garmin, but I don't have the history on there because I was relying on Strava. Though Strava deletes older parts so I track that on a spreadsheet. I am migrating my info to Garmin too, but mostly to a spreadsheet.
I wouldn’t suggest to use the commute option, as it does collect your movement home/work locations and the routes your taking. Those data aren’t only given to government it is also available for purchase for other companies intelligence services etc.
ОтветитьDidn‘t know the Kunos bomb! Great!
ОтветитьThe Kudos All feature is so hard to find. Why does a video have to tell me. I was literally trying to figure out how to do it for a few minutes.
ОтветитьI hate Live Segments after it would constantly play a failure sound in segments (with no option to turn it off). I don't want to tell me I'm slower than the QOM constantly.
ОтветитьI knew them all, after watching this video
ОтветитьAwesome! As usual. Many thank.
ОтветитьN°6 They give your path to local authority's ? Have to deactivate comute then, don't want gouv to know I take forbiden forest roads to go to work ... Thanks
ОтветитьMost of my riding is commuting, i did not know what that was for. just started strava this month.
ОтветитьBut what if I want to ruin that douchebag’s day who KOM’ed a segment I created in my backyard for the neighborhood? I’ll keep driving on it at 30mph, thank you.
ОтветитьQ-DOS. Kudos. Hmmm.
I was not aware of the bomb and always wondered who had time to step through each individual participant's activities one by one.
Am I correct that all these feats available on a paid version of strava (except heart rate)?!
Ответитьi think i've been mispronouncing 'kudos' all this time.
ОтветитьNot interested in most the features just want something better than free version which doesn't show full history on segments. If it cost $2/month with basic features then nearly everyone would pay. My Bryton 750 head unit doesn't support virtual partner.
ОтветитьStrava is okay for tour planning - but far from perfect.
Komoot is 10 times better.
Example: When I used Strava to calculate routes for my road bike it send me over gravel paths for 4km straight, even tho there was a road nearby (I found out later).
Also Strava send me over the most horrible cobblestones I have ever witnessed.
Komoot on the other hand knows about EVERY street and even sends me around longer cobble stone sections automaticly. Once When I was routplaning I was courious why it planed the route in such a funny way at one point. I scrolled in and it told me "to avoid cobble section". I was a very welcome surprise.
KUDOS BOMB MY FAV COOL
ОтветитьVery helpful thanks
