four rooms, but only six chairs at the dining table... so two people have to cook ?
and believe me, you need a fully closed skylounge here in the Med...
from Spain
The forward VIP is one of the most amazing non -owner cabins i've ever seen - per the size. Sirena..has some brains there - we all know that from the 88. Tricky review you've done here. Well done. Helm station seating is lame - chair is lame. And some other kind of furniture would be better than the potted plant at the top of the cabin stairs, as well as putting in a hand rail.
ОтветитьFor me too noisy...
ОтветитьNo offense but how can you properly show/review a boat full of people and crew? Sorry but stopped at the beginning
Ответитьyou should move and turn much faster then the whole video would be blurry!!!
ОтветитьDeath trap stairs, but hey pretty way to die, why not!
ОтветитьThat seems like a hell of a lot of boat for €4m, impressed with how stable it seemed when you were below decks, well any deck for that matter. Great review, glad I wasn’t paying the fuel bill 😂
ОтветитьThank you for doing the test and driving the boat
ОтветитьHave to say one of the first things I noticed was all the glassware left out when you were really motoring along and there was no movement at all , rather impressive but was a little noisy and what can be said about the helicopter wow what an experience that must have been :)
ОтветитьThis one seems a bit cold, hard, and utilitarian compared with others. It looks more like a floating coffee shop inside rather than a luxury yacht dripping with sophistication.
Ответитьamazing
ОтветитьIs there a crew cabin and what is the range when on displacement speed?
ОтветитьI am a sailing man, my wife would love this yacht. The wife before her would have loved this yacht, even the one before her would have approved. Am I gong wrong sailing a Contessa 26? Darling, I promise I will get one of these, as soon as I win the lottery. Nice to dream. 🙃bit of a chop getting up.
ОтветитьRecording the video underway is a clever idea for Sirena. Nice video. Edit: the helicopter was the cherry on the cream. :)
ОтветитьSeems to me that the two internal staircases are not well integrated. On many other vessels I have seen the stairs situated essentially one under the other. Bu not doing so this model loses double the internal floor space. I hope they refine this in future designs. I also note that for a category A boat ostensibly intended for long cruises this helm is definitely not set up to do the hard yards. I am also dubious about the electric fin stabilizers for hard use on a vessel of this size
Overall a lovely boat.
Wish you had shown the engine and crewvspaces but thanks for the tour.
ОтветитьThis is perhaps the first review I’ve seen where the accommodation deck, walkways and internal areas are reviewed whilst the vessel is at full chat! Brilliant!
This is what a potential buyer needs to see and understand on a vessel like this.
One of the best reviews, taking into account the large number of people on board and the potential for the eye looking away from the camera.
Nice boat, but the 88 is my favorite yacht in the world under 50 meters.
ОтветитьI’d love to see the flight plan filed for the helicopter pilot….
In UK that would flag up so many CAA reports, as for our French pilot… well quite possibly he was overcome by World Cup euphoria. Although I would say there was more than a look of concern on Hugo’s face as the helicopter turned to cross his bows at his eye level. I’ll stick to driving a boat with a drone, even that’s a weird feeling watching a frenzied buzzing grey bit of plastic 5 metres away from you flying sideways as you’re boucing along at 30 knots.
Great composure Hugo and you completed the piece to camera like the true professional you are. You are officially awarded the “Kate Adie Reporter Under Fire” trophy for 2022.
This boat is a joke. You can’t sleep in the master bedroom because it’s way too loud when the boats running. God forbid anyone mistakenly leaves any of them windows open in the cabins because the water would just rush right in causing major damage. The fact the door wouldn’t stay open in the master when underway was comical to say the least. If I’m paying 3.5 million for a boat them doors better work no matter under what conditions. No immediate storage for the tenders is ridiculous. This boat sucks period end of story shoot the designer. And why not show the engine room? Lol I can only imagine. My bet it’s not even a stand up engine room
ОтветитьHugo, one of your best. Amazing to experience this beautiful boat underway and what stability! Wonderful stuff, thank you!
ОтветитьI feel like you should get a 120Hz camera or something. Those GoPro's are awful for capturing led flicker
ОтветитьWith the helicopter, the crowd, and the British accent it felt like James Bond was doing the review. All that was needed for a movie was a chase boat, a few grenades water splashes, and smoke out the back of the Sirena 78 to conceal and cover.
ОтветитьSea trial reviews are the absolute best.
ОтветитьVery nice tour! I especially like how you went back and hit the spots that you couldn't get to during the trial. They picked good when they got you to film the boat....makes me want to rush out and buy one! I'm just 3.86M euros short)
ОтветитьThat was one hell of a sea trial. It must have been amazing to pilot that boat with the helicopter swooping around you. Sirena really are making some great boats. Thank you for bringing that to us.
ОтветитьFantastic yacht Hugo 🥳
Epic tour……. so good to see the tour underway, gives a much better impression of the reality of being on the boat.
Love the layout, the spacious lower deck, ample cabins, single stairs down - I always wonder why there seems to be a mania for different stairs for lower deck access, just eats into the space…..
The main deck is sublime 🌟
Proper usable and social space, with epic amounts of light and unobstructed views.
Again, the upper deck, as tested, was great……. I would have glass doors across the aft end to close up completely when needed…… although calm and quiet at the helm, with the doors closed, windows and roof shut, it would be serene…….
If I had the necessary, I would in a blink 🙂
The only missing detail was the crew cabin and engines……. although the engine room would probably be very warm after your spirited test…… and no doubt the fans would run for a good while…..
More of the same please Hugo 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nice yacht, great video. Thanks!
ОтветитьI rather like this vessel very much. The deck plans are very passenger friendly. Odd note that there not a lounger in the master cabin, but there is one in the VIP stateroom. Spectacular video footage - thank you!
ОтветитьNice video! But maybe time to upgrade camera equipment
ОтветитьThat’s an amazing boat and would suit our family perfectly, apart from on the price 😆
Brilliant tour Hugo, really enjoyable, great views whilst underway and you certainly did your best with so many people on board with you.
I love Sirena boats. I would choose a Galeon or a Riviera over one of them though probably, but it would be a hard choice. The problem with these yachts is that they are big, yet the ability to carry an assortment of toys is limited the same as if you were in a much smaller yacht. A tender and maybe a sea-doo is about all you can get on them. Maybe. Not sure. I'm in agreeable with Hugo though, if I didn't want a full size yacht, then a Lynx toy carrier or Alia, Dunya or maybe a Sherpa. I would want a tender, 2 skis, 2-3 sea bobs, 4 kayaks, and 3 stand up inflatable paddleboards plus maybe a FliteBoard or try Kiteboarding
ОтветитьBoat seems amazing. I just think you really need an enclosed bridge for bad weather. Crew quarters is better on the 68 than this one Also the dining table indoor area is a bad use of space. Could have used a built in wrap around bench to get more space. The boat seems to handle amazingly good. I think they just need a couple adjustments and this boat could be a homerun
ОтветитьHi Hugo. Love the sea trial and the tour underway. Thanks 😊
ОтветитьQuite a unique vantage to be viewing the tour while underway, especially "at speed" below decks. Surprisingly stable.
ОтветитьNice and grate video as always 😊
ОтветитьI’m amazed to see that the boat travels at sea with the glasses on the diner table 😮
ОтветитьBoatTEST love Sirena... lovely to see the UK lads getting in on the review act too.
