Excellent video. Haven’t watched you in awhile but your videos inspire me. Not very consistent. I have lost some. My goal is 200lb. Exercise is key but my journey is complete life style change. A mindset change. I struggle with sugar, sugary things which I binge eat & drink when I can’t get it I just binge eat stuff. Trying to understand the unhealthy way I interact & misuse food. Bought my scale last year but I fell off again. I have to put the work in consistently if I could just get started I could do it. Unhealthy habits are hard to break but truth is you either do it or not do it weight not going anywhere lest I put the work in. Can’t wait to see your competition video hope you post it. Proud of your weight loss journey you helping many to reach their goal

Great info! Also be sure to get enough sleep and manage stress. Too much stress and not enough sleep cause insulin levels and cortisol levels to spike which makes belly fat more stubborn, especially for women over 40.

Thanks for answering that question. Is there a such thing as too much of a calorie deficit? If you don't have enough calories will you still lose the weight. There are days when im not getting a lot of calories but not hungry. Do you have suggestions on what one should do

Hey Dawn! From your experience does lose skin goes away on its own? I feel like I definitely have a ways to go with losing my stomach but when I plank I see the loose skin and it makes me wonder if I’m confusing loose skin with fat.
