thank you, maybe you can, I am upgrading a controller on one of my ebikes. the one that came with the kit is rated at 15a continuous and when i use the motor at full throttle going up to 1200 watts on the meter that would be 24a and i've had the motor connectors melt causing an open on one phase, so i searched for a higher capacity controller, got a 48 volt 2000w which should be close to 40a continuous. in looking at the wiring there is no display connector, i have opened it up and looked at all the connections on the pcb and see a place that looks like wiring could go there for a display, and i am hoping with the connectors i am getting i can connect it easily to try it out, it may be sine wave and have smoother operation also, but i want the programming options i have with mine now that has the KT-LCD3 display. so do you know about using a controller that doesn't have a display connector and if i might get lucky soldering the display wires onto the board? and are most controllers programmable from common displays, mine is a 48v 2000w

I am wondering if by any chance you might have a general idea of what the letters/writing on the actual PCB's means or refers to, the ones that were not obvious anyway ??
These all came from an UN-labeled 48v-500w controller originally in an ewheels ew-19/ew-20 which blew a few of the 9 output mosfets....
the only nomenclature on the PCB itself is: F2H3719A0 and FLS1205 and FOC9_YZ_D
L - white, many ? {one of these is in a connector marked Brake, assuming it is "Low Brake" when shorted to it's connector mate which is black}
H - ?
FD - purple ?
DC - orange ?
DMS - orange/green stripe, many?
YY - ?
SDA or ADS - ?
YJT - ?
XH - ?
XZ - pink {I believe these are for speed or gears}
SS - purple {I believe these are for speed or gears}
SD - green w/white stripe {I believe this is for signal from throttle}
Z5 - red w/white stripe {I believe this is for 5vdc to throttle}
H5 - red {Hall from motor 5vdc power}
U - blue {Hall from motor phase}
V - green {Hall from motor phase}
W - yellow {Hall from motor phase}
CSYB - ?
YJ - ?
YBM - ?
VH - ?
DZ - ?
ZZ - ?
CZ - ?
GND - black {I am assuming that these all are ground, many}

Hi, have a problem with controler, my controler have a label 3 speed 48v 30A, but hes have a 3 plug and 6 wires, i cant find 3 speed wires, also i dont have a speed changing butto so i found in wires all gears from 1 to 3 and bypass it, but speed doesnt change, max speed on my moped is 41km/h, whats wrong?

Three different throttles and still doesn’t work the wires have power all three even one from a working bike isn’t working for some reason it’s not sending signal back on any even a for sure working throttle from another bike doesn’t make sense so confused

What is high break and what is low break may I know please

Thank you so much. My throttle is a 12v and I discovered this after checking the circuit board labeling. I ordered a 5v throttle and that should fix the issue. BTW That mistake wont cause a red light on a kelly kls-s. After the throttle is engaged the controller will power off.

Will it harm the controller to solder an xt150 connector to the battery wires? I mean will the heat from the solder harm the controller at all ??

High brake yellow one wire is activated when battery power is connected wire has no power. Low brake black and white has + and - when grounded/ connected brake activated.

Thanks for this, this helped me re-map and re-wire the wires of one of those highly generic Chinese E-bike handles (with lights on/off switch, throttle handle and battery display) to the wires on the controller board. Thing is, the 6-pin connector often fits, but the wiring is completely incorrect. Yesterday evening I had it back working again !

Great video! But I really need some help if anyone knows this. Unfortunately my controller does not have the same markings as the one you showed. I got a pack controller including a throttle with key switch(2 connectors with 2+3 wires), but the controller has no TH for throttle or any markings on most cable connectors.
Could it be the connector with pink(SP+4.3v)-black(gnd)-puple(TS) for throttle signal?

Also, how is the ignition marked on the circuit board? I don't want to short the wrong cables. Please help me!😬

Edit: the unknown cables from the motor controller that also fit with the connector to the key switch on throttle(white-yellow), are the following:
1. Red(VCC1)-orange(36v+) (says electronic door lock in chinese)
2. Orange(36v+)-black(gnd)
3. Brown(DD)-black(gnd)
Then there are 3-4 more identical 2-wire connectors, but they say like high brake, low brake, charge port etc in Chinese.

Hello, great video ... the problem is that I have a KT controller, with 12 mosfets and hall sensors, PAS and an accelerator with a current switch and three LEDs for battery charge level. It does not have connection cables for Display. I have bought a KT LCD5 Display, with five cables (+/-, control (blue), Data1 Rx, Data2 Tx. And I cannot find any electrical diagram of how to connect the cables to the pins of the controller board. Can you tell me? Which pins of the controller board do I connect the cables to? Thank you.
