11/4 cup oat flour
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup milk (I use oat or almond milk)
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
11/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs or flax eggs for vegan alternative
