And here we see the problem with pa - once you have easy sources of break/MKB up, the hero, even when 6 slotted, turns into an easy to kill glass cannon that only has 5 seconds to get anything done. Meanwhile terrorblade sitting back with massive ranged attack damage, a million armor, tons of HP, and an ult that can refill at the same time.

PA might have gotten a bit stronger with the recent changes, but the hero itself is still suuuper easy to counter as it has to hard commit to hit anything.

The only time i'd ever say PA is the top carry is in a situation where she is 6 slotted with 2 rapiers. Most games never get to this point, though, and pros in high pressure games don't have the balls to put so much on the line. In pubs, it can happen though. ;)
