The bottom line is that circumcisions are done mostly for the money. Doctors get a good chunk of change for performing them.

I was circumcised when I was 11. Well, it is our coming-of-age tradition here in the Philippines---as a sign of transitioning from childhood to adolescence/adulthood. So far, I encounter no problems and I still live a completely normal life. Regret never came to me even once.

Proper hygiene reduces the risk of any infections or complications as much as circumcision does, without having negative side effects like circumcision does.

Most medical sources in America will not report this because their agenda is to perform unnecessary surgeries to cash in.

My parents choise not to circumcise me. They told me that my body is my own to do with. And if that was soemthing I wanted later in life. Then that was my decision. But iv never had any reason to get circumcised. And I will only get circumcised if there is a legitimate health reason in my life. Most of the problems that people have are due to improper hygiene practices.

When I was 8 days old, - mom and dad took me back to another doctor. The staff layed me on a table, strapped both my arms while two nurses held me down. A doctor with plastic gloves on and holding a blunt ice-pick with a wire comin-out-if-it, - starts examining and playin with my wee-wee.

Should say "intact" instead of uncircumcized. Circumcision on 99% of boys is child abuse and should be criminalized. No religious or hygiene excuse should authorize that.

I got circumsised, pleasure is not affected by this factor. I had an infection 4 years ago. When the doctor advised me to get this thing done. My wife opinion is it just feels different, which does not affect the pleasure.

My circumcision was messed up a little bit so... yeah, it's kind of how it sounds. Moms, I'm begging you, if you're not sure, just have your kids decide when they're older.

Routine infant circumcision is common in only one first world country: the USA. Circumcision is Israel is ritual, not routine. Circumcision in South Korea is generally performed between the 10th and the 16th birthdays.
