Level 1 looked pretty ok, even if it was basic. Level 2 just had way too much stuff, just why? You should be able to hold and eat a sandwich without needing to unhinge your jaw. Level 3 was missing some vegetables. It looked too greasy and would not be a nice way to start a day.

I burn my bread even though I watch it bc I can’t see the other side that’s touching the pan.

I can confirm that Cubans put butter on the outside of the sandwich as well because it’s a nice add when you make your pork sandwiches and it always comes out nice and glossy.
