How to Install Stable Diffusion - automatic1111

I'm having an issue where "Torch is not able to use GPU;" even though I have an NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB; I've looked up some stuff to troubleshoot but none of the solutions seem to work for me. Any suggestions/thoughts? Thank you so much!

Everything seems to be working, however the styles folder isn't activating when I open SD. I put it in the same place as webUI, but then the styles don't come up when I click on the arrow.

My problem may be not knowing EXACRLY what and where to add any help ...would be appreciated up till then your instructions were great
