Warranty on everything but the sticks getting drift; then you're just fucked. lmao. It's like I kinda want an AIM controller because my FAVORITE style of d-pad is the playstation one. I play fighting games the best when I'm using a Dualsense/Edge d-pad... BUT I recently got a Flydigi Vader 3 Pro and the joys of tactile switches for face buttons and d-pads are immaculate...and I would LOVE to have that experience but with my preferred style of controller...BUT I've gotten stick drift on SO MANY DUALSENSE CONTROLLERS that I will not pay $250+ for a controller that doesn't include either a warranty including stick drift coverage OR decent hall effect sticks. And honestly, for the absurd price you're paying for an AIM controller, they absolutely should be using some decent hall effect sticks, so yeah I'm not gonna be putting money in a company with clear anti-consumer warranty policies. They know damn well why they aren't including sticks in the coverage.

Bullshit. It takes well over a month for them to build you and mail you a controller. Their customer service fucking suck fatDick only. So fuck Aimcontrollers!!!

Their warranty takes 3 months to get your controller back. Love aim (I have 3) but their controllers do break and their warranty process takes forever

Don’t get it I’ve had one for almost a year and it’s almost impossible to use all 4 paddles because you’re always gonna miss click them with they way they’re positioned

There lifetime warranty does not include “normal use” therefore if you try and claim under there warranty, you will be directed to their terms and conditions where they state that nothing is covered under warranty

My aim controller is experiencing insane stick drift. $60 plus shipping to fix it. Just get a dualsense edge tbh. These things are junk. I’ve owned 3 scuf controllers in my life and 1 aim controller. I’d rather get a scuf over an aim if I were to do it again. After having the ps5 edge it’s just no contest. The swappable thumb sticks is a dealbreaker for me.

STAY AWAY FROM AiM CONTROLLERS!!!
My controller has stick drift. The paddles are cheap and break easily. The thumb sticks pop of every minute of playing. The rubber on the thumb sticks tear easily too. I spent $200 on this trash.
