ОтветитьNot trying to put down your workouts AT ALL, but I wish there were some stretches in the beginning AND end, and that your workout was longer. I'm relatively new to the fitness world but I've been working out steady for 3 months and it's actually getting harder to find an exercise that's challenging enough now. Yours ARE challenging, they just need to be longer so I can get my sweat on. 💪🏼Thank you so much.

ОтветитьFirst couple of times I did this it was really hard, I cried afterwards 🙄... So what I did was to use a wall for support until I was fit enough to do it on my own. Great video
