ОтветитьThere is a bit of a backstory to this. Our house have never made a successful burger, its always been too dry or chewy or not enough flavour or too much. We followed this recipe and didnt even follow it perfectly, we added half the seasoning to the burger before and half while it was cooking. Also we used monterey jack cheese instead of american. Still the way it was looking on the pan was amazing. I bit into it, and i gotta say one of the best burgers ive ever had in my life. Not only was it a success, but it was the biggest success of my life.

ОтветитьMade these. It was so freaking good. The american cheese is necessary. It makes it way better than any other cheese. I made them inside on my griddle that I put on my stovetop. Be warned, it is very smokey, so if you have smoke alarms, consider turning them off or deactivating them somehow before cooking these.

ОтветитьI made this burger for my wife's birthday and this is how she wants burgers done from now on. The flavor was incredible and beyond tasty and juicy. I am not a fan of processed cheese but I do have to say this IS the cheese for this burger.
