Not to make comparisons, I'm honestly trying to help with some form of reasoning, people who can't have children often have other species as their extended family (cats,dogs, etc), they average 7 to 10 years of life, but every second they experience makes them grow and learn for what little time they are with us and we love them like a family member and we give them all the love we can while they're here. I guess my point is, maybe her preset lifespan was met and she was loved and experienced life and the world while she was here. Nobody knows why we're here and for how long. Cherish everyone as though they're only here for a shorter time than we'd like, nature will decide that. If there's a heaven, she's there,looking down on you, and thanking you for giving her a chance and not denying her the chance to experience the wonder of life. You'll see her again someday, when it's your time, not sooner, not later. There was a chance that I was to be aborted, but my parents decided to give me a chance, I'm 59 now and I'm thankful everyday for being given the chance to experience life. There are two beautiful girls that are here that never would have existed had I been terminated. There's a reason for everything and someday we will all get our chance to learn the answers we seek. Thank you for giving her a chance, you are a wonderful, loving family. ❤️ 😇

Thank you for being great humans . My sister had Downs syndrome. She didn't make it as long as she should have. Had a heart of gold of which I never met another with such kindness. People are not kind but she always smiled and gave hugs.

Thank you for doing the work of God in this mortal life. Often the service we do for others who cannot do anything is more to help ourselves grow and become as God would have us learn and be. There is a resurrection and when it comes you will stand there in a joyful embrace receiving a perfect and grateful daughter of God who will come to You as the angel that she has always been witnessing and glorifying your family for the charity exhibited before God your heavenly father.

Its not their experience, not their business. No one really knows how theyd react. Sophia looked like she knew she was loved. She wanted people to know she understood and could speak up. She had quite her own little personality. But it seems it was made clear to her abd and she knew she was valued. Thats what matters. That children KNOW they are loved.

If that little girl can smile and be happy? What a selfish man I have been for thinking of problems.

God gave her to you for the years that he knew you needed her/each other , but when she was finally ready to answer the lords call, and go be with him,in peace…YOU graciously, lovingly, painfully, and VERY selflessly allowed her to be the one to make that decision for herself. WOW!! Now THAT’S A TRUE MOTHERS LOVE!!! To be able to force your self to be strong enough to let her make the decision, knowing that you would probably have to say goodbye to one of the most precious aspects of/in your life
