Not able to add multiple email addresses to a Gmail label / group. So when i send a document to the group there is no one in the group

You didn't mention how to add members if they are not already in the contact list. Do we have to add each of them in a separate contact and then add them? What if I don't want each of them in my contacts but only want to add their emails to the group. How do I add their emails while I am in the gp mode.

One note - as of 05/2023, Google Groups can no longer be found via the "waffle" menu with a free gmail account. I had to do a separate search for "google groups".

I want my contact group to show alphabetically in my recepients compose ... they are alphabetical in the Contacts Group Label, but when I use that group in the email, they are all over the place ... not alphabetical ?

Well, the bcc does not hide email addresses in my llist when I send a copy to me in gmail, however, as the nonsender I see that it DOES hide the bcc emails. thanks

I am trying to create a new google group and i have almost 2000 Email ID to add in this group. When i copy & paste all mail IDs, there is a mesaage flashing that you can add only 10 members at a time. When i hit create group, i can see only 11 members including self. So, my objective of adding 2000 mail Ids in one single google group is not fulfilled. Is there any restriction on numbers? Pls guide how to create this group with max number of E-Mail IDs into it? Help pls

This was very helpful, but for some reason when I add emails to my group and try to save them, I get the error that the email addresses are outside my organization. And I can't figure out how to stop it from allowing only organization email addresses--makes no sense. Do you know?

Thanks a lot for sharing this. I have recently upgraded to Google Workspace, and I am still navigating it. My team and I used another project management tool, but after so many suggestions from the team, I decided to switch to Google. It has been great as of yet, and I think it will be great in the future. I learned from this video, and I look forward to learning more tricks and strategies that will help me navigate Google better.
