how to change mlt to mkv
ОтветитьI am a beginner.
I would like to get a better understanding of how powerful or what the limits of this software are in order to determine
whether it is the right one for me.
So, could you drop the link of any professionally edited video in Shotcut, please?
Thank you so much. 😃😃😃
Hey nice job on reviewing FOSS applications developers should watch these.
I have to ask you what video editor is next or have you made your pick and I missed that?
i ran shotcut for i believe 6 months, for context i do a lot of live stream editing for my job, but also a lot of longer form video editing. Shotcut is great for the former, making small clips, simple short vlogs and stuff like that is great since you're not really doing something demanding. Longer more complex video editing i found was a pain for various reasons. Not only were some of the editing features very limited, but it also performed awfully on windows. Just felt like i should talk about my experiences to anyone curious
ОтветитьHi great informative video!
ОтветитьDid you try Da Vinci?
Ответитьthanks for that info. i gave kdenlive the boot after trying, because all i want to do is what the name shotcut suggests. still, i saved your clip and will watch it later...
ОтветитьSo which video software do you suggest for a normal minecraft editor?
ОтветитьDo you use Linux as bare metal operating system?
ОтветитьCinelerra GG ? Good documentation too.
ОтветитьYou know whats funny, I switched to it a few months ago, love it. And made a rant about it, but yea, it's a solid editor.
ОтветитьOf course you can deselect. There is a keyboard shortcut and timeline menu item for it. Thanks for covering Shotcut!
ОтветитьShotcut is fun, but slow and can cause multiple crashes. Honestly, I'd better stuck with DaVinci Resolve
ОтветитьMeanwhile, in the alternate universe:
"I quit Vegas Pro for Windows Movie Maker"
I guess cinelerra is the only one left.
Unless... you try out scripts for video editing....
a video editor a day keeps the doctor away?
ОтветитьOne thing I'd have to say about Shotcut is it's impressive performance, I have a difficult time scrubbing/playing back while in the process of editing on most other editors, but Shotcut, is super smooth, although Olive 0.2 is the same, maybe even better in that regard, but it basically crashes every time I open it, maybe I should try Olive 0.1 instead. But the biggest problem with most of these editors is that you can't really do any cool effects like in Adobe After Effects/Kdenlive/Davinci Resolve, I do like messing around with that kinda stuff. Sigh! let's hope one day the dream of having a performant and not outright broken, and open source video editor that can do fancy effects can come true.
Ответитьdidn't even know there were enough video editors to do editor hopping Xd
ОтветитьWell if you see my latest video, I did that with kdenlive but kdenlive doesn't have syntax highlighting so I did the code with inkscape. If you know any syntax highlighter for kdenlive or inkscape or other video editor that can do syntax highlighting let me know.
