Nothing stopping governments from passing laws against the rich, specifically banksters, and taking control of all the property they own but did nothing to earn, that they did not physically build themselves. If the bankers serve no useful purpose, do no useful labor, then there is no motivation, no reason, for governments not to pass a law making their so-called "property" NOT "their" property.
If overpopulation is "not a problem", then the poor taking over houses and other properties owned by banks and not paying rents or mortgages on them is not a problem, nor is forcing NIMBYs who already have homes to suck it up and not dictate what anyone outside THEIR personal homes may be build, such as building housing for the poor.
