Red Dead Online in 2024

What about new dishonorable story missions that are bound to a new role , maybe the „Outlaw“ Role
You unlock a bank each 5 levels and you rank up by robbing trains and shops. The most money will be in banks but in order to get to them you have to be a real outlaw first and get XP for robbing the trains and shops

And then a Honorable storyline bound to the „Soldier Role“ you could go to war in Guarma against Fussar


But in order for them to make these they would have to expect some money from it so they could sell both of these as DLCs , no gold bars involved, real money

New players don’t have to do these and just enjoy to the game as it is now and red dead veterans finally get something to throw their money on

Why should I be interested in GTA whichnumberever? I want to play the Wild West scenery, not some car stuff

Still unplayable on pc for me, hope the removal of snow will change that, as right now it is unplayable and im playing it for 2 years, every day.

Sadly we’re gonna have to wait a whole game cycle to find out if the red dead series is even gonna get a new game. They seem so uninterested in this I wouldn’t be surprised if they plan on completely focusing on gta for the next 10 years. Maybe they make a story mode only sequel to red dead revolver with no online so they don’t have to spend too much time away from gta

i think gta online has had it's time of big updates, they should just make this year red dead onlines time for big updates

Learned the most on pvp and in general in the past about this game. You know what, i might install it again if my short term dopamine wired game choice of the last years. Really red dead 2 was designed for the story, they succeeded way beyond expectations, it has a amazing story, its worth 50 dollars for it alone so much stuff to do. Online is good. I like it alot, they really should come back and give it some love, alittle more content/dlc would be great even if they just added some ranches you could buy and own with everything on the game right now, and add ranch missions, id put another 200 hours in. Online alone its a great game all the way around, including online new players will have a blast with it for many hours, but if the would just pick up alittle support old vet players would come back and spend alot of time in it, because they would have more to do and more to buy. I think im gonna put another 100 hours in online, just because i do miss the game alot

RDO is abandoned. The starter quest is incomplete.

Take Two prioritized their greed over creating a fun online experience. Now RDO is dead as a result.

I quit playing soon after it launched, when I had to spend all my time farming fish and birds to make a couple bucks; or when I realized it literally took 40 hours (a full time job) just to buy a horse. The people at Take Two should be imprisoned for this crime against humanity. 🤮

Such a disappointing end to it all. Even the modders were barely giving it a look, so there isn't even a good RP server equivalent.
Oh well, off to the dumpster, alongside the other singleplayer DLC that were abandoned!

I think a next gen version of rdr2 is pretty useless because the game already have a super graphics for who are playing it on ps5 with ps4 version, just like me, but if that's an excuse to add something in rdo I'll accept that and consider it as a valid idea

Hate to say it but i doubt they care about rdo hurting their reputation. Gta6 online players will most likely not care seeing as gta5 online has been consistently updated the whole time. I just went back to current gen gtao because there's absolutely nothing for me to do in rdo anymore. Tired of being the richest hobo in tent city. The stable glitch still being a thing 2 years later says it all.

Even if they shut down RDO I will never play any GTA online games. RDR is the only game that interest me from Rockstar.

gta online suck there is a bot problem where they spam every possible shit in the game like the global texting or phone texting so you cannot move a meter with out notifications coming up.

I just want them to fix crashes on pc the game is literally unplayable I have contacted rockstar over a week ago and they still haven't responded. I would love to play the game on pc because my pc can run it in max graphics but the game keeps crashing between 5-15 minutes of gameplay. It's really unfortunate that such issues were not fixed yet

I hope when they abandon it they make it available offline so I could still play it it is still fun when I play it once in a while.

It’s so sad how fast rockstar abandoned RDR2 and it’s online mode. It didn’t even got a current gen update for console and is still locked with 30fps. It’s like they don’t care anymore for this game.

What annoys me more than anything is that everyone was against Rockstar and calling them out for their mistreatment of RDO, but as soon as the GTA VI trailer dropped everyone just forgot about RDO and are giving nothing but praise to Rockstar like they’re some god. It’s pathetic.

The fact is that although I really liked RDR2, I need the 120GB of space on the HD that is being occupied by RDR2 and Rockstar doesn't care about anything, so I'm going to uninstall the game and invest in something else that's better for my mental health.
