STRIX vs Zephyrus - Asus ROG STRIX G16 vs Zephyrus G14 (2024) [Gaming Laptop Comparison]

The presense of a 14th gen Intel CPU would be enough to not want me to have anything to do with the G16, if I was going to pay any money for it.
Unfortunately the lack of ethernet port on the G14 would also make me not want to pay a single cent on it.
I would love to see a mix of the two. With only the negative parts of each model. Just kidding, only the positive ones.
You can have a very very good laptop if you take the good parts of each.

Honestly the g14 is the best laptop i have ever used the speakers and screen are worth the worse fps than that g16

Don’t ever buy a laptop for gaming unless it has an RTX4080 and above, anything lower will be obsolete and slow as ever in a year or 2🎉

Zephyrus G16 or G14 is not a gaming laptop, sorry, if you are using an external monitor, you can't play with your lid closed, the laptop overheats, and then shuts down, game over.

i think the strix series more like desktop replacement. not very portable because of it's weight. owning the strix series not very good for people that moves a lot.

Pretty easy, but the Strix ended up being cheaper. It also has upgradability so I went with the Strix. But the loud noise and no so great mic and speakers is making me worry about getting it today.

I got the strix G16 but wish I had gotten g14 because of portability.

The Zephyrus G16 is almost identical to the Zephyrus G14, so they're interchangeable in this video :)
