Other things to write down!

What’s stressing you out
How to calm yourself down (aka try a meditation technique and see if it works)
Any comfort characters, if you want draw them down and possibly name your diary after them (E.g my comfort character is Larry from Sally face so I’d name mine after that) and I know it sounds weird but it actually helps!
Others, write down anything interesting that you’ve thought about, maybe ultimate questions (which if you didn’t know there questions that can probably never be answered , E.g : is god real?) or even just random little thoughts ,E.g what you think dinosaurs would think of music if they were still alive.

I’m so sorry this is super long but these can help and I’ll try to keep adding!
