I know I'm super late to this, but i just wanted to say i never thought in any capacity the US is being represented Vs. Another country, the opposing team would be the the ones acting like children and saying racist and bigoted things, ESPECIALLY considering the US team had xqc on it lol.

To be fair, no other places other than the US, as far as I know, uses the phrasing "<insert letter here> word". I always thought that was kind of childish, specially crucifying people for saying a particular word. Most places just say the words like they are in the dictionary, of course punishing hate speech where it's needed, but never for only saying a particular word or singing a song that has those words. Them typing the Ñ letter and then saying "ñ word" is mocking the US for their censoring practices, "ñ word" doesn't mean anything, there is no super offensive word that starts with Ñ. But because the US always tries to impose their language rules outside the US, they assumed whatever. Ricoy probably just found it funny, that's why he is pushing it, Ñ word doesn't mean anything, he is just trolling

This kind of reminds me of that Mario Kart tournament event where it ended up being cancelled because the losing team(i forgot what country they're from) decided to quit because of "unfairness". Causing the winning team not even receiving their reward for winning because the other team had quitted. So damn childish.

Whenever I heard about Spanish streamers its also about them being toxic and divas.. Hopefully thats not true for all of them, but they're getting a pretty trash reputation.

Spanish streamers ignored the rules, then had the rules changed in their favor, broke those rules, and still lost. It was unfair for the smaller streamers who weren’t acting like kids but got screwed.

so what i got from this, is the Spanish found a way to abuse the rules, so the Americans then also found a way to abuse the rules, then new rules were set, but some of the Spanish weren't happy with the Americans abusing the rules so they decided to break the rules, then it all went downhill and no one cared about rules

It's dumb to try and set rules that can't (or won't) be enforced in a hard way on a server imo. They're just bound to get broken on a multiday event with so many people. With that setup, it was just not going to work.

This thing reminded me of the alterac valley walk out by alliance in WOW because they "weren't winning". Now the map is very difficult for horde to overcome. It was a great video and hopefully another event like this will happen with smaller spanish speaking streamers instead of win-hungry streamers who are not comfortable with loss.

Honestly, this sounds like a perfect representation of Rust.

Anything involving rust should immediately have no rules purely due to the nature of the game. Cant get on at the same time as other players, learn to setup base defenses and build in locations that make it nearly fucking impossible to raid, build your entire damn base out of triangles with pixel wide gaps between floors for your actual loot. if one team finds higher tier shit sooner then dont confront them and actually go get better shit before raiding them or come up with a plan

whats the point of the rules if admins dont enforce them with punishments? They set rules, didnt kick or ban players for breaking those rules, so the rule breaking kept happening.
