ОтветитьWouldn't this work better if the butter was Ghee (clarified butter)? Ghee has a much higher burn temperature. I think I would also add panko to crisp up the cod. Maybe some mushrooms as well. Cod is so expensive but my local Shoprite supermarket sells frozen cod fillets (boneless) for about $20 (about 8 in a pack). They're not as thick as these in this ATK video but still very good.

ОтветитьIf you are eating fish as a healthy meal, please do not use seed oils to cook your fish. Use olive oil, or avocado oil. Seed oils are simply unhealthy.
