ОтветитьCan u do a comparison of Dallas and Houston I’m trying to decide witch one to move to next year from the valley in California desert life 😔
ОтветитьI feel like this video is so out of touch especially with inflation and everything. Majority of people can’t afford to pay +$3k a month for an apartment.

ОтветитьIt's great to have you in Dallas!
ОтветитьI live in SF but I lived in Dallas for 20 years. Its crazy how much its grown. Like when Victory Park was an empty field and only just the katy trail. I lived in the lower greenville area back when it was super cheap.
ОтветитьSometimes I wish I was been a woman. Bc fuck my MBA in finance and my 4 years army active duty bc I cant afford that place at 80k a year.
ОтветитьWondering if any of these are still available?
ОтветитьAt 24 you haven't lived much life to talk about lifestyle but ok
ОтветитьHow can I move in with you? You’re hot
ОтветитьBeautiful places
ОтветитьIt really is a friendly city. I was in The Big D for a couple days in 2019 and I asked people in Deep Ellum for directions and they invited me to hang out with them at the bar.
ОтветитьUptown is getting ghetto
ОтветитьSo, is it worth having a (or maybe 2) roommate? as a 19 y isn't that easy to spend this much on an apartment, although i still want to live in a good apt in a nice neighborhood 🤔
ОтветитьI’m thinking of moving to Dallas and this is very helpful! The Victor is actually one of the places on my list!
ОтветитьI definitely took your video into consideration since in October I want to move to Dallas so I reached out to that lady on Instagram and the following day I got some information back she sent it to another one of her colleagues and now I’m in touch with a real estate agent things to you because of that watching this video I didn’t even know where to start but now I know where to start thanks to your video
ОтветитьIf you're not socially conservative do NOT move to TX. You are not welcome. Stay in any of your other many blue states.
ОтветитьGood video… we do have a lot transportation sis lol. Dart bus and train, taxis, plane, helicopter, I mean bikes lol they got it all. Do y’all research on areas of interest. Prices change all the time for apartments. There something for everyone To find to fulfill their needs ❤ literally! Just be mindful of the traffic now. Welcome to the DDD
ОтветитьHow’s the realtor free ? Seriously ? Like will help you finding a place for free ? How do they make money ? I’m from NY and never heard of this
ОтветитьBig apartments for low prices. I’m from Southern California so a 10 foot long room is like $5000 in la
ОтветитьDallas is a super Dangerous city
ОтветитьHow do you deal with tornadoes? That’s if you do get any tornadoes in Dallas
ОтветитьWhat about oak lawn??
ОтветитьSo informative!! Love it! Can’t decide between Austin or Dallas
ОтветитьI am planning to move here, got salary of 76k$ ,but I think first two rooms were really good than which costed 17k$. VERY EXCITED TO COME SOON. 🤠
ОтветитьI plan to move to Dallas, TX, or the North Dallas area this spring, and honestly, I can't wait. Love your video. It was very informative. Beautiful apartments.
ОтветитьGreat apartments and certainly very nice areas as well. The vast majority of people, let alone people in their 20s, can't afford a $2,000+ apartment though. Would have been nice to see apartments in a slightly more realistic price range.
