Does anyone else’s throat get kinda dry after round two. Idk if I’m breathing in too fast or what. I’m up to a little over 2 and a half min breath hold on round 3.

This is actually a Buteyko method. Buteyko was a Soviet researcher and a scientist in 60s, he was treating asthma with this method.
