ОтветитьI don't do cardio because I'm trying to build muscle and strength and cardio ruins my progress it's like going to the gym byt eating junk food all day nutrition is important outside the gym just like lifting weights and sleep

ОтветитьI been doing cardio on and off . My goal is to gain body endurance, equilibrium, get rid of fat, lower my diabetes levels, cholesterol and blood in my vessels. Ah lose ateast 20lbs and be able to tolerate jumping and running. I used to do it early morning and I enjoy it because a good run will make a cold morning hot and then get ready to start a week full of energy. Now I do at the end of my day and is totally out of order. However I have to do it because I don't lose hope in getting all those gains for my own self. I wanna prove my body that I can be skinny again with endurance, and body equilibrium
