The giant sunroof is killing all the efficiency. I don’t know why this company is so delusional. There are lots and lots of videos where people proved that insulating sunroof during extreme weather has shown significant improvements for energy efficiency.
ОтветитьWhich part the hydrogen argument. Or is it the range im wrong about which one? Am I really wrong about how long it would take for the grid to catch up really? Which one can be more specific? Because I can say YOUR WRONG at anything that diesnt make you right.
ОтветитьAsk Chicago EV owners how they like their EV in extreme cold. Can you say stranded. Sorry Elon, I still think your great.
Ответитьall those Teslas stranded in the cold goes to show tesla is full of shit. Don't buy a EV
ОтветитьHow do you tell if you have this heat pump. I just bought 2023 long range model Y 330miles
ОтветитьCould this be 'upsized' to heat a house ?
Ответитьintresting indeed. Wonder if other EV makers now licence this tech from Tesla or develop their own.
ОтветитьTesla’s engineering is at another level from legacy auto, this includes software engineers. Tesla and Space X have a relationship that allows some software types and maybe other engineers to transfer between companies. Those rocket types are no slouches, nor are the Tesla engineers. Tesla hires the best of the best, the C and D students go to legacy auto, lol.
ОтветитьThis is one thing Tesla did right. Great engineering. Wish they could do all things great but they rush the build and comes out bad quality. It's laughable at times.
Ответитьsweet tech! hope more coming this new year 2024! love tesla!
ОтветитьThat's great, but can they engineer better shocks and handling in the Y, or make a premium version of Y that includes S features?
ОтветитьI suppose it isn't possible, or maybe not cost-effective, to install a heat pump on an older model? I have a 2019 TM3.
ОтветитьBasically a complicated assembly. Aluminum corrodes. Thats what it's made of....
ОтветитьMy brand new model y screen is shutting of with a weird sound when I connect to charging!! It is just 2 week of using it.. Tesla
ОтветитьI wish this heatpump helped the wheel from falling off my Model X
ОтветитьTesla is light years ahead of the competition. $1,000 stock
ОтветитьHow do I know if my Tesla has this? I get, at best, 55% of the estimated range in the cold. I find myself charging much more often. SMH I have a 2023 Model Y delivered last March
ОтветитьMy model Y has been great for car camping in the winter
Ответитьis this already built into 2023 model3? rear-wheel drive.
ОтветитьVery interesting but I would like a little more detail The octavalve, and all of the heat sources and sinks and modes of operation.
ОтветитьWish I had the heat pump in my 2015 MS.
ОтветитьOwner of 2022 tesla 3 lr. I call bs. Range loss is 30-40% even when preconditioning. So over hyped
ОтветитьI need that for my computer CPU
ОтветитьLove my Tesla, and I really enjoy seeing these detailed videos. Keep on innovating!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this!
ОтветитьThanks for the informative video! Is this reason why my car steamed up (or smoked) in the front of the car after I supercharged the battery (on a pretty cold night)???
ОтветитьThen why does my range still suck in winter? It would help if the range was actually real to begin with
ОтветитьShots from Minneapolis mn the giant belt sign
ОтветитьI was a little leary about having a heat pump at first, knowing how they often work in houses, but the one in my Model 3 works great.
ОтветитьStill died when the car said I had 10 miles of range left. Super charger was 2.2 miles away. Hate Tesla for their inability to tell you how much range you truly have. They should have erred on the side of caution instead of trying to fluff up their range specs. I once drove 2.5 miles to the gas station in a Lincoln town car while it showed the whole time “0 miles of range”.
ОтветитьTesla should and must improve battery range and charging time.
ОтветитьIt’s actually not true. I haven’t noticed anything between my 2020 model 3 and my 2023 model y. It’s just marketing. Btw range sucks in the winter. I am getting 150 miles out of 300 miles so Tesla stop lying to us
ОтветитьDoes my 2021 model Y already have this ? Or is it only for newer models ?
ОтветитьShe said 3,S and X . Does that mean that the Y doesn't have it, or did she just forget to mention the Y ?
ОтветитьHow much does this cost to add to the X?
Ответитьhow do I know if my Tesla has this heat pump?
ОтветитьBought two new X Plaids for the business in the East Coast and both came with Sport Tires. How can Tesla sell these vehicles in the snowy states with Summer Tires forcing buyers to spend thousands at the very beginning to install All Season Tires. And here Tesla is investing in reengineering the heat pump while missing the most basic tire options.
ОтветитьOh my 2023 model x plaid with 28,000 , I had to replace my heat pump under warrenty today absolutely insane.
ОтветитьIs it free? Can I add that my existing model Y?
ОтветитьHelp understand… how the heck these mf can lunch shit into space but not keep a battery powered vehicle from becoming dead wight in the cold . AI , chip in MF’s brains and all that but can’t keep their cars from catching a cold . Fert 💨
Ответитьand this , everyone , is the reason why Tesla is the king
ОтветитьQuestion: does this only exist in 2023 models or which years?
ОтветитьThat’s one thing I absolutely love about my Model 3 - in winter the car warms up alarmingly quick. By the time I’m down my driveway the air from vents is noticeable warmer than the ambient temps in the cabin. Of course using the app you can schedule the temperature before you even leave. The best kind of technology is one where you don’t even have to interact with it.
ОтветитьWow only after I sold my car because of this issue. Thanks but a little to late. How much bigger of a change is it, does it cost more? I got my car in 2021, so when did they add this?
ОтветитьThis heat pump has issues on high humid days. It’s truly scary to watch how much steam flys out
ОтветитьI just let out a few hot farts when its cold
Ответитьใช่มันต้องน่าตื่นเต้นแน่นอนเขามีต้นแบบจากรถยนต์
ОтветитьAnd then people complaint u will die in cold weather if u have an EV
ОтветитьPrem sounds like Sundar Pichai
ОтветитьI foresee Tesla making heat pumps for home use with this tech in the near future!
Ответить
