So Lame and slow.. This is what happen when the Japanese let European design their cars. Ugly looking cars and slow. I hate 4 doors man. These cars don't selll well at all. I have not seen a type s in Florida, tell you one thing, ain't no one paying 50k for them crap.

I like the seats/red carpet on the type R but the body style of the type S . At the end of the day I’d probably get the Type R for the seats /tires /carpet also the $5000 price reduction. I really like the body of the Ttpe S with the fender flares and the exhaust

I am surprised nobody mentioned that big giant wing on the Type R, planting the Civic into a 1.25 G on cornering, and giving the Type R and advantage around the cones, but yet, because of too much drag, allowing the Type S to walk away slowly.

I have a 2021 Type R and I LUV it i would not trade it for the world and in my opinion is nicer and better than the 2023 Type R

Man you can see cheap Honda plastics still used all over. Can’t get over how cheap the materials used all over the interior of these cars. Why can’t they get it together? Even Kia’s and Hyundais understood this and it shows in their interiors. Seems Honda wants to stick to their 2000’s era manufacturing. All that aside, 55k for a Honda?! lol

All that aero slowing down the top speed of the CTR. Still the better performing car. Take the wing off, it's faster

I like the Integra Type S better but not for the $7,200 price difference. Either way there's no way in hell id spend $45K or $52K on either car.

I would pull the E brake and get around that a little quicker LOL..

The Integra is 10 HP faster which barely matters. I can't believe the extra 30 wheel on the TLX didn't do more, but not surprising.. It takes a full 50 WHP to really notice with these cars..

I am so Happy I went with my GT thank God.. I was looking at cars at this level and it would have never been enough.. For some reason I have had 2 BMW's try me and get delt with.. It's always the Beemer's lol.. I have a 2017 Mustang with the performance Pack and The 373 gears in a Manual. She is an NA monster,, I needed something Violently Fast... It was always going to be the Mustang 5.0 or the Camaro SS for me.. I saved forever until the right car with low miles popped up..

6.2 to 60 and 14.7 to the 1/4?! what ? My old 1994 STOCK 2JZ Supra had the same 320hp and 6-speed manual and not exactly a light car either but does 60 in low 4's and mid 13s 1/4! WOW THREE decades of engineering advancement you get this?? LAME!! oh and how much ?! My $50K Tesla Model 3 Performance would make these cars look like the Prius they are! LAME

Rolling friction. Stickier tires help with launch but friction works against you at the top end. Helps again through the corner, then hurts again at the other end of the track

They would be more like cousins in my opinion. The DE5 Acura Integra Type S is the cousin to the FL5 Honda Civic Type R.

Makes no sense, for $60k you could buy S4 340 440 or S5, all of which would dust these cars, ride better, look better, have more cachet, and have better dealer experience. But it’s great for people scared to enter a highline store. You could also get a Supra with the same motor.
