Thanks for the video, especially for us people on a budget. Aother speaker to consider is Polk DB+ marine quality speakers. On paper they go down to 40 Hz. And are a solid speaker since they are marine quality. I tend to like silk dome tweeters, but some titanium tweeters (JBL) can be good too. And the JBL would be my pick out of the list.

Is 2 wat better then 3 way speaker's?

I have the same JBL's on my front door and Pioneer 7x10's on my backboard which are connected to a Kicker cxa300.4 and my car sounds incredible

There’s no correlation between bass range spl and speaker sensitivity. If you hear a difference, it’s probably because you set the tweeter to +3 db. Sensitivity is a measurement like you explained. Individual speakers are manufactured differently. That’s what causes a difference in bass response.

I recently installed x4 kicker CSC65 (the same but a quarter inch smaller than the CSC67) and sound-deadened my car and I was shocked at the high end response. To describe them is 'bright' is disingenuous, they're actually shrill or harsh and very fatiguing if you listen to music that uses higher tones (rock etc). They sound great when you're dwelling in the low end but that top end is atrocious. This is coming from someone who enjoys high quality bright headphones. I'm hoping some EQ can help

Is it possible to replace my factory tweeters with aftermarket tweeters without running "component" speaker setup? I've already replaced all my stock door speakers with aftermarket coax speakers, but now want to replace my factory tweeters, but don't want to replace my aftermarket coax speakers with aftermarket component setup.
Every video and writeup i see online seems to be either using a component setup, or leaving stock tweeters as is 🤷‍♂️

Those alpine s65 speakers are per speaker not combined combined is 480 look at manual so you guys need a 80rms amp x2 channels

Peak power has no true reference and is literally made up (read: bullshit) by the manufacturer. RMS Power basically states the amount of power a speaker driver can dissipate by heat from the voice coil former. But one of the most important considerations is maximum linear excursion ( in mm) which relates to the amplifier power in, plus the lowest frequency this driver has to deal with at the same time.

Seams like most real car audio enthusiasts are using pro audio nowadays over components and coaxial but for basic upgrades coaxial and components work.
