How do you survive without income?
ОтветитьI begin my first Bikepacking tour on November 12 from Kerala to Gujarat. So excited that I decided 🌿
ОтветитьGood for you
ОтветитьAwesome philosophy. I am committed in may of the ways you say but I try to do small different things within that as often as possible. Travel is one way to keep the brain (and the spirit) alive but there are others too of course. Thank you for sharing some great perspectives.
ОтветитьCongrats
ОтветитьIts all about breaking the routine and discovering the unknown and I love that!
Ответитьwho else is watching this in 2023?
Ответитьkamran on bike 56 thousands plus on bike
Ответитьthe bike calms slows down the pace of life
Ответить"routine is enemy of the time!" awesome!
ОтветитьWonderful.
ОтветитьThis video is underrated. I quote this video all the time and keep the thought of breaking routine in the front of my mind all the time. Challenge yourself always. Experience new things. Don't watch your life go by. Soak up every moment with loved ones. Don't just look, take time to remember.
ОтветитьCan anyone tell me the objective of this video??🙂
ОтветитьRich people decision. Makes sense but not possible for most of the population
ОтветитьIf you learn "life lessons" from bicycling, I believe you're from Portland. 👇
ОтветитьWhat a pretentious video. If everyone did this, there would be no bicycles, no cameras to film on, etc. Beyond that, he feels so "enlightened" to travel to places where the populace could never dream of doing the same. Entitled and smug, pretentious and shameful.
ОтветитьThis doesn't explain anything about the ride.
ОтветитьAnd how do you earn money for daily needs? 🤔
ОтветитьSo true. I will be 80 this year. I recall feeling I had done it all at 30, so I traveled, changed my life around including going to University. I developed new interests and have much to look back on. Thank goodness I was lucky to be old before Covid.
ОтветитьTop 10 coolest and meaningful. Thank you very much!
As the French say, Bon Voyage!
Love it
ОтветитьThis is absolutely the way of life. Enjoy the short time we are alive 😀
ОтветитьThis whole thing has become my life verse. 🧬 What an amazing video. Thank you Jedidiah for your words, and the Nat Geo gentleman behind the camera for documenting.
ОтветитьSo, how much money on my bank account do I have to have,to be able to afford, the luxury of being "avake" all the time!?? I have very little money 🤣
And I'm not a lefty hipster, but , seriously, I deeply admire the guy, even if he is a SJW (judging by well, everything) I'm kinda like him!
Just still very much afraid of letting go,and constantly being afraid 😟🥲
Im a bit over watching he wealthy play while preaching some profound meaning to life, in reality the majority of us have no choice but to grind away in a life of misery. Im pretty sure when I die my last thoughts will be "that was a waste of time". I used to watch these types of videos to inspire me but now I see it for what it is.
ОтветитьWith money you can do this. Being a indian you can't do this! I don't have an option.. but i want to.. but they stop me
ОтветитьIncredible!
ОтветитьI'm 52, quite the corporate world and needed to see this. Grateful. 🙏
ОтветитьExcellent. Excellent. Enjoying life to the fullest.
ОтветитьUFO's Sightings all-over in Brazil from childhood the real ones
ОтветитьRoutine can be good especially if you want to master something. Routine is not the enemy but being stagnate in your life is. Don’t go for the mundane. Have your ambitious insane rather and a routine will allow you to flourish in whatever your pursuit is. To bike 7,000 miles requires routine, I.e, waking up and biking everyday hahahaha
ОтветитьAt 77 yrs., I have to agree: ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. You´re on a good path, buddy, continue. And thanks for the inspiring video.
Ответитьthe question for life is: “what did you choose to make yourself happy?”
ОтветитьThe real life lesson... It's about having the money, to be able to quit your job and be able to travel and sustain yourself for 7k miles...
ОтветитьThank you to all involved...well done ! Peace
ОтветитьWhat an amazing philosophy.
ОтветитьWhat are you gonna do at the end of all this? At some point everything will be the end. Don't sell hope to the people !
ОтветитьGood video....
ОтветитьThe absolute worst routine is watching television. Because you lose yourself as well as the joy of everything else.
ОтветитьToday's Thursday, the 9th of June 2022, and this short film is still powerful and relevant. Might still be for the next decades, and that's beauty of it. Thank you
ОтветитьMy best advice is....... don't forget a "patch kit"
ОтветитьI want a bike. The problem is I don't know which type of bike is suitable for me. Should I get a road bike or spot or touring?
ОтветитьI hope to do this someday. And If I die along the process - at least I die doing what I love. 🥲
ОтветитьI think his pitch is flawed. There is routine in everything...including riding a bike...
ОтветитьI hope to do the same one day but on a motorcycle or at the very least find myself a career without a routine
ОтветитьThe routine really do make it go by fast it’s basically a program
ОтветитьI'm going to ask One Question...
The only thing I absolutely demand in return is...No inexperienced answers, just so you can give your input. Anotherwards, don't just give your opinion just to feel good about yourself giving your answer.
I need serious answers.
Here goes...
HOW do you finance a long-term tour, such as this guy did????
Once you quit your job and leave everything behind, eventually all the money that you may have saved will be gone through. Food, maintenance on your bicycle, occasional motels when you need that place to rest, etc.????
How do you these long tour bicyclists finance themselves?
Is that an LHT?
ОтветитьI am the only hope of my parents 😓😓
