It tickles me so much that the sign she uses for "Thanos" is a reference to his weird chin.

Thats a pretty cool point of view:

Earth is just a primitive planet full of a presumably ‘weak’ species that can’t even leave their own solar system, and are basically idiots compared to the rest of space, but ended up being the saviors of the entire universe !!

The Avengers only saved half the universe, so Thanos was half the problem.

Those heroes as "The Avengers" must finally been defeated Thanos as "his past self" and "his future self" for the past 5 years in timelines!!

And thanks to one of the members of Eternals and one of the members of the Avengers!!! Except for one thing, Gamora as "her past self" will never be existed without Thanos!!!

I'm not surprised they deleted this scene, it would have made Sprite change her mind for sure. That or they'd just make her act stupidly out of character if she perservered.

Why does everyone say the Avengers saved half the universe?? Yes, if they had defeated Thanos in 2019, they would have, but defeating the 2014 Thanos in 2023 saved the entire universe, as Thanos literally said “I will shred this universe down to its last atom.”

Avengers first saved half the universe, the blip and then the entire universe by winning the battle of earth

1. no lead charaters (sersi/ikaris) in the scene

3. writers confused to give makkari an arc

This scene elevates the whole movie, and adds more substance to the reason why they thought humans were worth saving. Keep in mind, for them, this was the next logical evolution of their mission, they are literally suppose to protect humans.

I love Makkari's face expressions. She's like an animated character. She shows way more emotion than any of the actors. Especially the women. Also her sign language is so fluent. For someone who's born deaf, Lauren Ridloff is one amazing actress.
