once again yard act make me laugh and cry simultaneously. in tears at the end of "vineyard for the north" because of their awesome performance and the emotion of the song - then laughing my tits off at the AR fire on lighting james's fag - and the pay off shot of the whole band on fire. very low fi and tacky but artistic perfection for this piece. huge appreciation and congrats for the band, ja humby and the whole team for an awesome piece of work. the first actually "cool" thing i've seen done in XR/AR. this 58 year old burnt out roadie has loved this band since summer 22 when "100% endurance" made me laugh and cry and the same time - i still listen to that track every day - and ovulate...
“the unknown is the only true hope for a brighter future” -
love you yard act xx
日本から観ています。素晴らしいショーでした👏
Ответитьwhat an awful band. sounds awful. each song is just topical buzzwords strung together.
ОтветитьI have seen a lot of strange music video's, but this is by far the strangest I've ever watched(I like it tho)
ОтветитьOverrated
ОтветитьI'm in Italy and I love your rhythm section. Could you lend me the drummer and backing vocalist for my song that I still have to write? 👍🏻🤣🙏🏻
ОтветитьI love this set so much! <3
ОтветитьThis is absolutely rad!
ОтветитьFucking class set this guys, best best band to come out of Leeds if you ask me by far, onwards and upwards
Ответитьthis is amazing
ОтветитьAre we really going the whole pedo glasses hipster thing again? its minging. a big NO from me.
ОтветитьKudos to the drummer for playing those percussion loops live and not just playing to a backing track. Not easy to make it sound that clean!
ОтветитьI'm going to the show in Seattle on 6/8 and this only made me more excited. I tried to think of something poignant and esoteric to capture how refreshing it is to hear a new type of sound, but it kept coming out pretentious, so there it is. There's no one out there even close to this vibe. Their first album was a rock through the window of complacency, and this album is the moving blanket draped over the broken glass as they climb in to set up shop in your brain.
Ответитьthis video should watch more people, it's a gem!❤
Ответитьthese guys fell off SOO HARD
Ответитьcome oN mofoS!!
ОтветитьYou lads are the best act of the last few years. I miss the undercurrent of menace music used to have instead of something more "personal" but also more contrite
ОтветитьThis performance pays more justice to these brilliant songs (to me the album at some places sounds slightly overproduced).
The presence, joy and playfulness of everyone in this setting is pure pleasure to witness - again and again.
That makes my heart sing. Thank you so much!
Awesome. Such a relief from much of the dull music around. Definitely a favourite band from the last few years!
ОтветитьBrilliant well done 👍🏽
ОтветитьYall are amazing :)
ОтветитьSaw them in Bristol in March, one of the best gigs I’ve been to
ОтветитьI am in Canada and I will never understand how/why British bands are so innovative and exciting. Great sounds, great art. Thanks YA.
ОтветитьSaw them in Nijmegen. Great show!
The last time I put an album on and immediately thought, “This is f…ing brilliant” was Paul’s Boutique. Until this on showed up.
Dead weird!
ОтветитьAnyone else can't fucking wait for Truck?
ОтветитьSooooooo good this
ОтветитьThank god(s) for brains like this in a world of literal lunacy
ОтветитьUtopia is a great place to live!
ОтветитьAce !
ОтветитьMOTHER NATURE, BRING ME WATER
ОтветитьThe caywall isn’t in the comment section here yet
ОтветитьBest album of the year!
ОтветитьAnyone remember Dean?
Ответитьthe set and music are just perfect
