Both sides are using the same technology. Russia uses FPV drones as well, so Ukraine is also losing heavy armour from this newer technology as well. To assume this is some wonder weapon that only Ukraine is fullish. This weapon will not win the war for either side, but will make it more expensive for both sides. That might only be the ultimate deciding factor in who "wins" this war. Who it willing to fight longer at higher costs.

There's hundreds of vids of the Russians doing the same. The Russians utilise 10x as many drones as the Ukrainians. They've footage of them demolishing Leopard2, Bradley's, Hummvees, artillery, EW platforms and a vast array of Soviet stuff.
The difference to Ukraine is that they have factories producing tens of thousands a month.
Inevitably Ukraine will lose, the only question is will we continue to fund it to literally the last Ukrainian male and will the survivors forgive us or turn on us as did the Muj in Afghanistan who morphed into the Taliban.
