Parallel Parking - Easy 2 steps

Learn parallel parking in easy 2 steps.

Before you move forward from parked position, do a signal and check away from the curb. Move forward keeping 2 to 3 ft space from the poles. Once your right sideview mirror is aligned with pole 1, stop. Change gear to reverse, signal right and check mirror and shoulder to the left or 360 degree. When safe back up straight until you see pole 2 in the middle of right rear window. Turn steering wheel full to the right, again check left and let the car back in until you see pole 3 in the middle of left side rear window. Stop and turn steering wheel full to the left. Let the car move in until you see the whole curb in your right side mirror or until your car is straight. While backing up, make sure to check poles in case you bump into. If you bump into the curve with back wheel, simply change gear to drive and turn full to the right and once car is straight then straight the wheels.
