ОтветитьI don't know how but this is the only ab workout you really need. I used to do this for most part of 2023 bc i didnt have enough time to do a whole session (due to my job) and my abs looked more than defined. So if you're busy but still try to squeeze a workout in yoir schedule, go with this one

ОтветитьCan you do an ab workout that is lower back friendly? I have soft tissue damage and nerve damage in my lower back and hip so some of these extending the legs out strains my lower back

"non-sweaty" i sweat so much my arms were slipping during the planks
"elegant" i normally love ab workouts cuz they're easy but this had me shaking uncontrollably def not elegant
