Warriors really made mistake trading jordan poole for chris paul

No surprise CP3 was realesed. Nobody was going to trade an asset to pay $30 Million to Chris Paul, and I would have been pissed if the Warriors kept CP3 at this price. The value of the original Chris Paul Trade was our ability to dump the Jordan Poole contract (which was several years longer). IMHO, Dunleavey identified a problem and did well to rid the roster of a bad contract. I was never a CP3 fan, but accepted his addition to the Roster as a better alternative to keeping Jordan Poole for 3 more years. There is no question in my mind that releasing Chris Paul is the right thing to do.
