Apples $19 LOSSLESS USB-C EarPods Sound Impossibly Good!

im thinking of getting this to pair with my 15 pro max. at the moment im using my beats studio buds + & samsung AKG type c.

So how does it work with Samsung s23 ultra? Sound quality any difference compared to apple products like iphone and macs?

Best Buy has these in 3mm, lightening, and USB-C connecting headphones, is it only the USB-C that supports lossless audio like you showed in this video ?? I WANT LOSSLESS !!!

As someone that’s gone through 6-7 pairs of EarPods over the last couple years, (usually 1 a year).

Here’s what I think

I appreciate that they do not have foam tips which means they stay clean and are easy to clean when they do actually get dirty.

The in-line controls are appreciated but I don’t use them too often.

The mic is the #1 reason I get them since they’re awesome for talking on my phone since people came actually hear and understand me without any of the compression or latency that comes with AirPods and since the mic is actually in front of your mouth people can hear you better.

The number one failure point for me is there the two cables meet in the little Y shaped part. Other then that they’re awesome

As far as actual audio goes, these type c EarPods are on par with the AirPods 3 (I carry and use both). The AirPods 3 seem to have brighter highs while the the EarPods seem to have deeper lows and maybe even more balanced mids(crazy how good 20$ can sound compared to the 160$ the AirPods 3 cost). The AirPods 3 are definitely more convenient, but for casual or deep listening I definitely prefer the EarPods. The microphones can’t even be compared, the wired set kills the AirPods.
These are just my opinions.

Doesn’t sound good. It works for calls but it has muddy upper bass drowning other frequencies. No depth in soundstage.

Apple is scamming us with the Bluetooth earphones prices. I was amazed wth quality sound in mic.

As someone who’s only ever used wired EarPods, I was shocked at how the high end wireless earbuds with more advanced technology sounded worse. I always thought I was missing out on some futuristic sound quality, but I guess not.

the trend of wired stuff is to protect your brain of tumor and cancer from radiation ;)

Brother you actually saved me from buying Expensive Airpods Pro 2nd generation costing $329 CAD for my Iphone 15 pro max. Today I watched your video and went straight to buy them. They cost only 25. I bought them coz I lost wireless buds twice in 2 years and couldn’t find them as the airbuds are in case.

I just checked their sound, they are really good. With them on you can’t hear other person talking while listening to something

I've had 3 pairs of AirPods and have consistently lost 1. USB C EarPods was the best purchase I've made in ages.

Just bought these at Target for $20 and threw out my AirPods Pro.... they are also back in style as well and way better sound quality! Many more people wearing these again

They sound good and gave a good frequency response range bcs theyre dsp, they have a DAC/AMP inside them. If apple has the software you can even tune it. Also i recommend the Moondrop Chu 2 DSP for 22$, they work the same way but they have soft tips and fit the ear really good. For a professional setup get yourselves the Aria 2 with the Dawn Pro DAC/AMP, they sound amazing and you even have a 4.4mm connector with it. That being said, get yourselfes the earpods if youre on apple, and get a difderent brand for PC/VR/Android.

After losing, drowning in the shower and generally destroying wireless Bluetooth earphones I just ordered a new wired EarPod from Apple for $19 plus tax, free shipping. I don’t need all the problems that go along with expensive Bluetooth earphones. In addition, I have found the sound quality with wired Apple EarPods to be excellent, both coming in and heading out.

anyone else think like me that Type C is not as smooth as 3.5mm and lightning? on my 3.5mm the bass is deeper and stronger, the sound is clearer, type c has a lot of overlapping noise. Try the song Thunder from Imagine dragons, when bass and electro sounds are mixed

Be warned. These headphones do not come close to AirPods Pro… AirPods? Maybe.. but be warned if you think you’re getting AirPods Pro wired it’s not close. And yes I understand the process difference but don’t make the wrong buying choice.
