Hi, from the $150 you used to charge per month, how many times you serviced that pool. What would be your price now after 5 years? Thank you

Been noticing in Florida that every body and their brother seems to have pool cleaning or pressure washing equipment on there truck these days. If its like the floor covering I did it will become cut throat. Expenses will go up 5 to 10 percent a year and ability to raise prices without losing customers will only happen about every ten years. Everyone in FL seems to take the lowest bid and hope for the best. Even people with multi million dollar homes. I took a part time job doing some pools in southwest FL just to have something to stay active in retirement and was offered 6 to 8 bucks a pool only to find that's what other parts of the country where paying 15 years ago. Weird part is they seem to have problems figuring out why no one wants the job and have constant turn over and customer complaints. Basically there only hope is to find someone like me that doesn't really have to make a living at it.

For weekly rates are you billing the customer for 5 service calls on the longer months or do you just absorb the cost

It's funny I have 2 of your trucks in my neighborhood I take that they live here, but I've tried calling to find out if you were hiring or not but could never get ahold of anyone. Thanks for the info in the video!

Why bid on a pool you don't need? If you have a comfortable route and your doing your own repairs, why even show up to bid on a pool your 70% likely not to get🤷

Recently started cleaning pools on my own (have 6yrs of experience) and I just want to say that I appreciate all of your videos. They’ve helped me so much, and the way you explain everything is on point. Firm handshakes from Texas 🤝

You get what you pay for, cheap monthly service equals below quality service, just like power tools. I’ll pay a higher price just to have peace of mind with my pool.

It's very true what you said about pricing! Cheap customers are always churning thru pool guys because they know the next guy will do it cheaper! Also price higher! Because sometimes you well get a problem pool and if u get cheap customers they will always blame you and leave bad reviews!....also if you price higher and you work less pools per week your loyalty of customer goes up because they know your not skipping thru the pools....your actually cleaning them and maintenance them because now you have more time! Agree 100 percent what you saying!

You said you have over 100 pools now. Are you servicing those alone? If so, how many pools do you do per day and how many days do you work per work?

What app or website do you use for tracking your work? Or how do you communicate to your customers what their readings are and what was done that day for the service?

Thanks!

I'm making a transition into the pool business. It's interesting that you say that average price in your state(area) is $85. Over here in Texas the average is $150-180. That's what I'll charge if not a little higher. I enjoy your videos!
