The ONLY way to see this is:
1- Petty ass Petty started the whole thing and should be not only penalized, but penalized HEAVIER than the player who respond. She didn't step on her toe... She mushed her--- in the face--- with a thick ass leather basketball. It is illogical to tell someone who has had a BASKETBALL Thrown in their face not to react!
2- The ref called a tech on Whytche BUT he also had his eye on her cuz he KNEW AND saw the ball mush. her throwing the ball was such a bad shot, it ended up being caught by her own teammate. The only way he coulda known to chase her down at that point was if he knew or saw the initial act of aggression by Petty.
3- They need to cut it out with double technicals. Not sure what Peddy's penalty was for the ball shove, but she should've been ejected, not Whytche.

i just don't understand why they wear fake eyelashes. like, you'll be playing basketball. a sport in which sweat and grub and ickyness is undeniably associated with. like come onnnn. you won't be smiling and posing all pretty and bougie in your best Gucci on a red carpet. you'll be running with a ball while sweating and panting profusely and you'd like your fake bushy eyelashes to be a part of that party? helll naww. don't even get me started on the foundation and concealer appliers.. and the gel on the edges.. gosh at that point you're like a sludgy mixture of sweat and gel and bad odour. it just irritates me soo much like why do people like this??
