How to conduct Obstacles in ISSB

Individual obstacle (IO) is the important task in ISSB. Candidates normally focus on individual obstacle and ignore the basic requirement of IOs.

Taking individual obstacles only as a jumping or climbing exercise is not justified. Although it is physical task but your mentality of understanding the location of obstacles and smartly conduct the task is pre requisite.
