Ответитьjust made this and it was lovely, one word of warning though.. don’t go as heavy on the chilli powder if you don’t like too much heat! I copied this word for word and I’m currently sat in the garden sweating like a mad mad 😂 very good though

ОтветитьAs far as yogurt (I haven't read all the comments so don't @ me, bro) go to the Indian store or Mediterranean deli and buy some real yogurt with Arabic lettering. The non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt is not the same.

Important notice: I m pretty sure european 'chilli powder' is not the same as asian. In europe it is much more stronger,cause it's job is to make dishes hot, whereas asian chili powder is more of a mix of different peppers, much more flavor, less hot. You can not add as much European chilli in your food as the chef does. It would kill you 😂

ОтветитьUse gloves or a spoon to mix. Never let the spices or any of that touch your fingers the smell will stick there for weeks! Even if you shower every day it wont go easily. Just dont use your hands.
