I mean... It's right in the name: to beat Team Spirit they should've picked Spirit Breaker, duh. Obviously. Even Team Liquid knew that, lul. All memes aside, Team Spirit were just on another level this entire run. When I watched them play the only thing came to mind is that they were the culmination, the essence, and the amalgamation of every best thing there was in competetive Dota in the past years. Who's the best one?

This was a great TI with exciting games and versatile picks, it seems Dota is in quite a good stage! Best match for me was Spirit vs LGD Game1 (Saturday).
Regarding the finals: I feel the burden of having to play the grand finals just a few hours after the lower bracket finals was very severe and notable. GG looked already very exhaused in the pick phase of game one, if you look closely. Maybe it is worth considering to change the format for next year?
