These are mofus of first order. Not their fault in total. Their veins are run by mixed blood. Dominant is the British blood. That is why even if they live here for next 1000 years, still they will feel left out. For someone to be loyal , it is necessary, that your blood is clean or pure, doesn't matter if it's Hindu or Jain or even Parsi. The allegiance to the land is developed when the genes and dna is not mixed .

As an old Anglo Indian I revisited the country of my birth, many years ago when Indira Gandhi had the Emergency. It was much changed to what we had departed from in 1965. The people who called themselves Anglo Indians were no longer familiar to me, as most were hardly any different to Indians. India has done a good job trying to erase the British occupation. English has gone and so are the names familiar to old residents. It will finally come of age as this cultural cringe of promoting a mono culture is recognised for what it is.

People always move in search of better of pastures and this happens everywhere. An environment which does not provide opportunities to grow will make them leave no matter how much they are attached to the land on which they were born. Calcutta is a dying city and everyone including the Chinese,Anglo Indians and Jews and now the bengalis are also moving out .

Indian government should make special reservations for indian Jews, Indian Parsis,Siddi community ,Anglo Indian and some other minorities like Tibetans etc. Because They are part of our Indian culture and history. We cant let them vanish.

Communism has totally & massively destroyed Kolkata... there is barely any proper economic activity there.. even though it was the seat of the British India at one point.. it is a port city.. so it should rival Mumbai... but communism destroyed Calcutta.
