I just bought a gently used 2015 tdi 3.0 Q7. I deliver home infusion medicine and medical supplies to homes everyday. I had a 2018 hybrid Rav 4 . I had an accident and was looking for a hybrid highlander used . They ran still $32,000 used. They got the same gas mileage like 28 to 32 hwy per gal. However when you looked at the gas tank the tank in the Q7 holds close to 640 miles to the tank of gas. The highlander still had a gas tank of 435 miles. Hybrids you had to change oil at every 5,000 miles the tdi q7 I am changing oil at every 10,000 miles. Yes i may need to get a gas filter eventually to help my tdi milage and hurry up and throw a delete kit on my car. But so far the car has been awesome to drive. My husband has a 2012 q7 he been maintaining his for over a year now. They are not that bad to own. I have put more money in my fords and dodges then on these cars. If you can do most of the maintenance yourself you save alot of money right there. We have the computer to set the sensors onces we work on the stuff. And we are doing great. Looking forward to having a car for many more years.

Watched until the effeminate man started crying about the cigarette ash trays calling them gross.

Sorry Gen Z Men used to smoke. Nothing gross about it. The only thing gross was a decades long attack against the tobacco industry by White women and effeminate men.

What do you even mean hype etc. and that we are better than that and not gave any suggestion of different vehicle option ? just a blank statement without any alternatives, now what I'm suppose to think that I need to drive Dacia, Jeep ? that expensive is bad? what is it? I hate these open statements, say what you want to say. In my opinion it's way better to buy luxury 10 year old than and 3-5 year old mid class, yes it's more expensive to fix but it's not like they break every time you go out

I Just bought a 2011 q7 3.0tdi. For $7kAUD. I don’t care for the Audi brand, not the reason I bought it. I really like how the car feels to drive and I love the space inside. Can I afford to fix it? Most likely no. Will I fix it? Yes because I like the car. And eventually I’ll have gone over everything on the car at some point. Most used cars are just not worth throwing money at them. They’re disposable, especially when there’s a lot of them out there, but if I like the car enough I can justify over capitalising on it.

Funny, because the Q7 are more expensive than the Cayenne here in Germany. Also interesting that outside of Germany, suddenly Audi becomes unreliable. Here they are easy to get to 400.000, owned over 20 different Audis across the board and 600.000km and had less problems than my friends and colleagues in Honda, french or American cars. Range Rover isn't mentioned, they come with problems from factory. Not to mention BMW and Mercedes, awful reliability. Currently own a Touareg from 2002 which runs perfectly with 290.000km. Seems many countries aren't into maintenance

I have a 2009, in the states, with the 3.6 vr6. 140k miles. Probably the worse problem I had was the panoramic roof leaked and I had to drop the headliner and re squeeze the drain tubes. Also had an issue with coil packs melting and burning the spark wires, which had to be spliced to replace. I like it though.

IDK - Panning an entire car for its faults seems a little one sided. We ask for race car performance from a small tank and we hurt when when they are not able to deliver Honda civic reliability. They make 20k of these per year give or take and if you go looking for the problems and complaints you will find many - people get vocal when they’re mad. But where is the balance in the reporting? What is the ratio of happy owners vs unhappy owners? Does the number of happy owners vastly outnumber the owners with legitimate complaints?
Don’t get me wrong, I owned and 2001 Volvo XC70 and it bled me dry. Do not ever buy one of those.

We have 2010 Q7 TDI S line. Here is what most car reviewers will not tell you. Second hand we purchased it AUD$24,000 around 90,000km. At that price you get a car more luxurious, better handling, more power, more torque, more fun and more fuel efficient than most if not all Toyota's, Hyundai etc that are 10 years newer then the Q7 and cost triple the price of the Q7 second hand.

Yes on the down side maintenance is more often and more costly and we had some of the issue mentioned in the video. However most of the mechanical issues can be fixed by a good local mechanic using OEM or second hand parts that do not cost nearly as much as what dealer would charge. Don't forget you are already getting more car for less money so spending a bit more on maintenance to have something nice can be worth it.

I mean look at a 2020 Toyota Prado, cost around $60,000 with very high KM's, no moon roof, heavy, slow, down on power and torque, looks outdated, interior looks like a doctors office, no LED rear lights, lack of features and the list goes on and for all the lack of specs the Prado is 3 times more expensive, at one stage they were selling second hand more expensive than new. Good cars but overpriced.

Just purchased 2011 Q7 S line 3.0 Diesel. Just thought I would add that there is a compartment under drivers seat with an Audi branded first aid kit. Also in rear well where spare is there is a small portable air compressor on the left hand side to inflate your tyres. Again Audi branded. The fuel economy is amazing for such a big vehicle. I was driving a Mitsi Pagero Sport on lease previously which is thirstier than the Audi with a smaller engine.

Enjoyed your video mate, but it looks like I have bought a UNICORN (your words), I purchased my Q7 3.0Tdi 7 years ago for $18k, she (Bertha) had 175000k's on her, well 7 years later she now has 450000k's (mainly highway / country running) on her and is still kicking arse , the biggest problems have been 1. windscreen wiper snapped, alternator, a/c but these were all replaced , she has now done the big lap twice and heaps of interstate trips, so yes we love our big girl.

I've got Audi Q7 2015 3.0 V6 Supercharged tfsi engine and it drives like a dream. from the get go you're intention is to bashed the Audi brand from pillar to post and you don't appreciate anything from Audi. Not only Q7 I also owned an Audi A4 B7 3.0 TDI V6 Quattro and its a motorway muncher. this car can pull your car sideways, I've driven it in the German Autobahn at the speed of 300 km/hr without any issues because I look after it quite well same as the Q7. you're just jealous with our cars because you can't afford it.

Hello all. Can any owner advise me on a 3.0 TDI 07/2007 with 328k km ? Wondering If I'm getting myself a great car or a big problem. It's been assisted by Audi till end of 2022 by the previous owner. Little confused here. Everyone tells me to watch the mileage that maybe it is a problem. Also hear some people saying it's terribly expensive to maintain this car. Would appreciate some owner or mechanic to advise me. Many thanks

All vehicles of this calibre have the same issue’s, take your pic, if you want less problems then be happy in your Toyota or Nissan, all other European and Jap cars will cost a fortune to fix, he could have just said that right from the start, I now feel older but none the wiser.
