While I welcome polemic and comparative theological argument; I think David(my name also ) smacks of a little too much pride when condemning other faiths and culturual practices. I live in Saudi Arabia as a Christian and am treated with respect and the reasons could be both good and bad. Let us not throw stones for we all live in glass houses. Sorry to be that guy. And btw I know that Muslims do enjoy breaking the fast but it still takes a lot of effort for them- no water either. Who say's i am fasting when you literally drink water, coffee, tea etc. In India christians eat even fruits during their fasting they will be having tons of fruits in thier hands😅😂 what a joke it is to call this as a fasting . At least muslims stop themselves completely from consuming food from sunrise to sunset .

What you say mostly correct what Muslims changed true fasting prescribed. In shaa Allah every Muslims understand this and return for True Sunnah ways of fasting prescribed

I was wondering why I kept seeing 'freezer meals' for Ramadan. Freezer meals is when you add ingredients to a ziplock bag and freeze it with the goal of cooking it at a later date. These women are stocking their freezers to the hilt. 😮

This is the video that sucked me in to Apologetics Roadshow and Apostate Prophet channels a few months ago. Just today, a Muslim invited me to the Ramdan dinner at a local Mosque. He told me how if "Jesus" could fast for 40 days then so could he. All I could think of while talking with him was DW "fasting" on pizza and Chalupas.

In my country ramadhan is month of crimes, theft, robbery and burglary are on the rise.

I find it funny that when I was a Christian they seemed way more preoccupied with what other religions do. Instead of coming for beliefs other than yours concentrate on making yours more appealing. Fasting should be a personal conviction for a specific reason. It is between you and God. For health reasons you should take in water.

I think it’s a bit unfair to generalise like that. I know Muslims who go to work as normal and still fast during the day, they aren’t sleeping. They also don’t always have massive meals. From what I understand that tends to be intermittently throughout the month, not every day
