Very Bad Argument Lawyer, Makes Judge Angry Patna High Court #law #legal #Advocate.

Judge is asking its power and jurisdiction in the police Act for interfering to the circular issued by the DGP. However, advocate seem not understandable to the question raise.

Indian justice system seems to carry on the legacy of the british rule very well...they beat upon the bush .....are very arrogant and are not worried about the plite of the persons who are struggling to get some justice ....infact this is the mother of all corruption prevalent in the police and govt.....it is duty of the petitioner to plead for justice and bring all the documents and proof for umpteen times and then after years he hears "allowed" when the meaning of it would have all changed at the ground realities ....so we get injustice only as it is almost always delayed...it is so pathetic and nobody cares about increasing the number of courts according to the ever ballooning population ....one high court for one state with crores of people is the biggest mockery of justice system which is the most fragile pillar of the democracy here...it is the maid for politicians and goons who use it as they wishes ......and nobody demands for reforms here

Judiciary is the only thing that differentiate between non human and human.

The lawyer seems like a mental fool showing his teeth after every sentence unnecessarily. It shows he is doing nothing but wasting time of the court by not being clear and straight forward with his argument. Just look at his attitude tilting his head sideways and smiling like a fool. I mean i would be annoyed as hell if someone behaved that way. What a fool this lawyer is and just looking at this video made me angry.

I think the judge should not be so arrogant. If the lawyer didnt came prepared, the judge could reject the appeal. The lawyer mentioned the section which was in the circular. The judge shoukd have asked the court staff to take.a printout of the mentioned section.

Isnt there a laptop or something where the judge can pull up the relevant section ? From my understanding this issue is because the lawyer is stating a section but not explaining what it contains and therefore the judge cannot pass ruling as he doesn't know what he is talking about

advocate is wrong,judge is asking him again and again the section of law, advocate is just talking rubbish, he is just strching case, advocate ko law nahi pata... judge is right...advocate bar bar passover mang raha hai, advocate farzi hai...judge is aking him law..judge is right...

Judge should not shout like that it's a violation he can sue the judge he can complain in the bar.

Maybe this lawyer is unprepared, incompetent or maybe he brought up this issue in a wrong way, form or manner altogether, the case can be politely and lawfully dismissed/rejected. The demeanor of this judge is completely unprofessional, unnecessary, unbecoming of a judge and uncalled for. Why do you have to be an arrogant d*ckhead just because you are elevated to a high status in your career? Such arrogance, pride and egotastic mindset are most often seen among legal practitioners, be it a judge or a lawyer. At the end of the day, any profession under the government's pay is 'for the service of the people'. Please be polite and professional.

If you understand how many cases are there in each state’s high court system, include ones that are pressing and urgent that get delayed and pushed back due to such incompetent lawyers you will understand why the judge has the need to shout. Every min of a judge’s active time matters a lot since they could be ruling on a murder/land grabbing/matters of life and death, while cases where lawyers are unprepared and wasting a courts time pushes such cases back and eventually the judges are transferred to a different state bench and the important cases get pushed back even further.

Shouting by judge is not appreciated

If AI ever relpaces human jobs, the Indian judiciary should be on top of that list probably at #1 spot.

These judges enjoy best perks, salaries and max vacations and still only interested in showing their supremacy than working productively.

Under no circumstances should the judge have used words like "shut up" in that tone. In fact someone who cannot control his emotions in such a manner has no business being in such an exalted position.

My prima-facie opinion based on the portion shown in this video:-
1. No doubt that the lawyer came unprepared. But the Lawyer is also an officer of The court. The lawyer was extremely polite. If The Honourable Court itself abuses its officers by yelling at them, it will create an atmosphere of fear. Hence the way The Honourable Judge shouted at the lawyer is completely uncalled for & inhumane.
2. It's easier to remove a Prime Minister from his post than a High Court or Supreme Court judge. A High Court judge can be removed from the post only through an impeachment in the Parliament. Thus High Court Judges are vested with huge power & are well protected. So such power has to come with sense of humility. In my opinion, this judge needs to be sensitized by The Honourable Chief Justice of India on controlling his anger.
3. As a student of law, I would like to give technical answer to the best of my ability to the question asked by The Honourable Judge - "How can a person approach a court for direction to the government officials based on some directive issued by DGP which were not adhered to by another official under DGP?" Ans - If there is incorrect use of the discretionary powers by a government officials, a person may approach The Honourable Court for a remedy by filing a writ of mandamus.

So in simple what I understood is lawyer was highlighting the rules laid down by igp where judges were trying to explain the lawyer that his rules doesn't effect the court in anyway...the judge warned once but this lawyer didn't get the warned messages well...when the lawyer spoke about igp for second time judge lashed out at him like Roadies raghu 😂

yeh advocacy commercewalo ka bas ka baat nahi, ab lawyer engineers or doctors ko bhi ban na padega. 😅

he should have just said shut up silently and would have not shown this much anger lawyer is also a person and most of the people know how does it feels when someone shouts at you and the only thing you can do is smile
